Poor customer service. They lie and try to talk you into a membership that they do not divulge the details. If you buy packages you need to track them on your own and be aware there is a 3 month commitment which was never stated at the time of signing up for a membership. Christina the owner was unwilling to compromise to keep my business. I will not be back to this location for several reasons. They have you sign an iPad as part of the transaction/contract, but do not discuss nor do they let you read it. Shady business to say the least.

Hurts so good. My legs and lower back are always tight. This place helps me stay flexible

Ive been going once a week for about 6 weeks and get the 50 minute stretch. It has definitely made my back and legs feel better. I also feel that my posture has improved. I plan on continuing to see even more positive results. All of the flexologists are great especially Angela!

Better than a massage.

The StretchLab in Glenview is an awesome facility that helped me stretch and strengthen my muscles. Their customer service is top in class and their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and interested in doing what is needed to meet your goals to improve your flexibility. That plus it is much more economical than a massage.

I purachse a strech pack. But decide i dont want it anymore. They refuse to refund my money.After while money refunded.
