These people are great people. And as professional as can be. The communication, attitudes and knowledge are beyond compare.

The first time I came here last year to get new glasses and contacts my experience was good. However, a month ago I made an appointment for December 10th, but when I called days before my appointment to confirm it the person that works there said my appointment for that day was never made. I was confused as I know it was put in. But you know fine, not a problem I will just make an another appointment. Which is for today December 17. BUT YESTERDAY, an associate from that branch called me stating that my insurance is not going through not working, that person called me 10 minutes before they close. So by the time I called back to let them know or ask more questions their close. Finally today I called them, I did not want to go in without getting my whole insurance resolved so I called them right when they open at 10am as stated online that their open that time. To make sure me driving wont be a waste and that they should call my insurance if they are still having issues. To get it resolved first. But when I called them the lady (Natasha) said that I missed my appointment at 9:40AM and that my insurance is there and they accept it (theres no issue at all with my insurance). I explained to her what happen but she said that due to COVID their time changed (even though they did not notify their patients the time difference) plus I told her my calendar that was made for me that their associate said is at 10AM, December 17. Its really the inconsistency for me, the fact that when I already been seen there a year ago and their saying they dont have my chart or any history already blows me. Please, communicate better with your patient. Maybe make your website better where people can make an account to see their schedules etc. Also if you know theres an issue or some sort, dont call them 10 minutes before you guys close.

Initially seeing the optometrist we were very happy she was super nice and helpful!However, the staff helping to do glasses is not helpful at all. received new glasses only forThe first use they did not even carefully screw the glasses together- lens fell out with screw! We were lucky it fell on the carpet or it would have broke and been of course our fault. We had to call and go there 3 times only to not get any answers or resolutions to problems.also asked for something before glasses were ordered and was not done. Place is terrible I really would like to return these lenses and go somewhere else. I called the other office we go to and they were extremely helpful and even said we can go There when glenview was sending us off to another location when is was there negligence with the glasses. Really disappointed with the service from the floor staff.

This place is fabulous! I called for an apt and got in the next day! I found the perfect pair of glasses that I wear almost everyday! My contacts were ready in 3 days and my glasses were ready within 10 days! The doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the front desk girls were also super Sweet and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience! I will be a returning patient.

The Doctor I saw was knowledgeable and very nice. Took a few weeks to get my glasses which came in wrong. They were very nice about it, but for it to take that long to be wrong frame is a bummer.

Worst staff service. The front desk person calls me and tells me my appointment is for 12:40 pm. I get there at 12:30 pm to make sure I am on time. After I am waited for 10 mins, front desk person informs me my appointment is for 1 pm. I had to call and make arrangements for my daughters pickup. After that she rudely tells me the doctor is running late. I asked her how late and she tells me she can’t interrupt the doctor and ask him how long is he going to take. Are you serious? You tell a patient that a doctor is running late for the appointment and don’t tell them what to expect and that too rudely? Very rude service and attitude.

My wife and I had a great first experience here - the doctor was very professional and timely, and we felt very comfortable with his findings. What really sets this place apart from other similar places, however, is the staff. I have a pair of specialty glasses that broke that I brought to 4 other locations for help, and all of them refused to or could not help me with the issue. When I brought them here, the staff was not only willing, but eager to help, and even went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were fixed. After one visit, they have made lifetime customers of us!

The wait time was extremely fast. The doctor was very nice and caring. The optician, Maya was very knowledgeable about my insurance and showed me there huge selection of frames to choose from. Very happy with my care.

Dr. Coffeey was super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in on my lunch break and the whole office was respectful of my time and made sure I was in and out within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Rosin Eyecare!

The doctor is amazing. She took her time to make sure I had the right prescription. With my previous prescription, I used to have slight headaches after wearing my glasses for a long time, I never attributed the headaches to the prescription. The Doctor figured out this was occurring based on my previous prescription when she inquired. Then she informed me of the reason. Being a new patient I was fully satisfied and trusted my eye care to my new doctor.

The doctor was awesome and friendly. She, as well as the staff, made me feel comfortable. I had a great experience for my first time going to Rosin Eyecare in Joliet.

Im written to tell you readers about my terrible experience at Rosin eye care .We schedule a appointment for my wife and me to get eye exam both us and they scheduled.My wife call a day before to confirm and she was told they have only appointment at one oclock for only one of us that was me.( first mistake) ok fine.At the day of the appointment I was checking the address in Google maps and I saw a review for curiosity I opened to read it . It was a guy complaining about he came 2 min late and they want re schedule his appointment . So I said let get early to dont get trouble .I came there a t 12:40 pm. And for my surprise a was told my appointment was at 12:00. So in the front desk was a very inexperienced human being with customers . She even apologize o tried to see what happened. She made me feel that I was lying and didnt give benefit of doubt.

Dr. David Nierman is the very best in the business as far as my husband and I are concerned. He takes his time with you and always answers all your questions. He is like a friend and does not make you anxious or nervous. He is pleasant and cares for each and every patient. There is not enough time in the day for me to praise Dr. Nierman. He is the greatest as far as I am concerned.

I wish I could give no stars! All around horrible service. Place is full of unprofessionalism with horrible management. Why dont you get off your phone and actually service customers. Couldnt even place an order here and left. I figured not to make myself even more upset. I dont usually post reviews but im so upset with the lack of care and concern that I received. Buyer beware!

I went to the Thompson Center Clinic in the Loop. Dr. Angela Benkeser and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They helped every step of the way in choosing the right contact lens and glasses for me.

Everyone at the Rosin eyecare glen view location was awesome! DR. Carson ,or Caldwell, or some name like that, was awesome, and extremely refined in the field of optomatry. I will definitely be back for my next eye exam! And reccomend the same to you (they are open on Saturdays for eye exams too! Close at 3p.m. on Saturdays, later during the week,unsure of the other days.

Doctor seems unknowledgable and too fast paced, could not answer my in depth questions. Felt annoyed.. not really to my likeing but staff is excellent. typically not the way it goes! very welcoming, small selection of frames but unique and charming office, attentive and pleasant girls. very expensive pricing on limited glasses but sweet girl offered discount. Small quaint area with many options for lunch after eye exam. 3 stars

I had scheduled my appointment at 4pm ON 28TH SEP 2017 and they made me waited for 25mins meanwhile i saw another lady came in and the doctor just took her first instead me sittingup there. When i ask the 2 ladies at desk just told me that you are squeeze in to this appointment so you have to wait. I mean seriously i literally book my appointment for 4 and suddenly you are telling me something else. Then she is telling me to wait and doctor can only take me after her(anotehr 15-20 mins). I THINK I WAS PAYING BY CASH THIS IS WHAT THEY DIDNT LIKE IT .THIS IS BEING RACIST. DOCTOR SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THEIR STAFF WORKING.

Consistent with the other reviewers, Rosen made a mistake with my appointment as well. I called to change my time the same day of the appointment, they made no record of it and would not see me when I showed up at the new time because the doctor had to go on his lunch break. Rosen insisted I hadnt called, even when I showed them the outgoing call in my phone. The doctor actually came out, not to apologize for the error, but to yell at me about how he may not get to eat lunch. Wow, I almost shed a tear. Unfortunately my 5 year old was the patient and witnessed this. Rosen does not care for the families in the community it serves, but at least they get to eat lunch.

Negative -5 star review Lousy horrible eye care facility. The eye doctor Ryan Sockwell s pathetic, how he missed eye astigmatism is beyond me, because of his failure to evaluate me my eyes went worse within 7 months. I have astigmatism my entire life but he missed it and he checked eyesight twice within 2 months of my complaining about my vision. The entire staff is lousy, they lost my eye glasses had me wait 4 months and never bothered to follow up with me and or re-order my glasses.Didnt even explain to me what options are with the type of lenses are, what features can be added or not, and there is a Sarah who is less than desirable, the customer service manager Kelly, she is flat out ignorant and stupid, never followed up with me for them losing my eye glasses. Take it from my poor experience do not go to the Rosin eye care center in Glenview or any of the other locations. There are many other optical centers to go to.This is a negative 5 star review, at best beyond mediocre is the Rosin Eye Care center, Dr. Ryan Sockwell, Sarah, Kelly, and the entire staff they are horrible and pathetic.
