I first started going to Be Optimal for my back after it went out for the second time. It was affecting my quality of life and especially my energy levels. On the first visit my back pain had diminished and before coming back for my second visit my energy levels had started returning.The second visit I was having gastrointestinal problems, were I had severe gas and bloating with sharp electrical pains firing across my diaphragm. The A-Team (JR, Sis & Charlie) was brought in to assist Dr. Cari in performing an emotional detox. It was very cleansing, I let go of so much pain, anger, and grief in the safe, supportive space they created for me. I was then given some digestive enzymes and some minor food changes and I have been bloat free for two weeks now! (I have suffered with these challenges since I was a teenager, so you can imagine what a relief it is to have no flare ups.) I look forward to continuing my healing journey with my Be Optimal team.
