Great stylist. Unfortunately, not vaccinated. My stylist was not vaccinated and several days later I learned that she tested positive for Covid. The store did not call to let me know. Found out when trying to make another appointment that stylist was out sick. Very unprofessional and risky. I had to get tested and was hugely inconvenienced in quarantining until I got test results. I will not return unless they mandate vaccine for their employees.They should at least do contact tracing. They have all customer info. Obviously care more about revenue than customer health.

This salon is clean and beautiful! My stylist, Amedeo, moved here recently and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff is friendly and wonderful too!

I never actually got to experience their services because I decided enough was enough. I was originally supposed to get my bridal trial in April 2020, married August 2020. I got 3 calls on different occasions trying to confirm what I was getting, when, and for who before COVID. I was understanding when I had to cancel the trial because of COVID so we agreed the trial would be on what would have been my wedding day. I know my mother and I have similar names but I made it clear she needed to be taken care of as well the day of my wedding when I made the appointments and for them to make a note that we were 2 different people so there was no confusion.Turns out my mother was never entered into the schedule for the day of my wedding. Someone called me now in July asking about the trial I now had scheduled for August saying she needed make sure the lady that would be taking care of me is available. Why would you schedule a customer with someone if you didnt know whether they were going to be available or not? I would have been LIVID if on my big day there wasnt enough time to do my mothers hair and makeup too or if my time had been cut short to squeeze her in because the salon made a mistake scheduling. Very unorganized and when I expressed my frustration the last person I spoke with didnt even apologize or try to make it right. She just rudely said shed take me off the schedule and hung up on me. Im glad my big day wasnt potentially ruined by On Stage.

Amedeo has been cutting my hair for the past 10+ years. He is friendly, professional and I always walk out of my appointment with a huge smile on my face. 10/10 would recommend this salon!
