I have been seeing Dr. Dekhtyar on and off for about a year. I first went to see him for plantar fasciitis which was so painful I pretty much had to stop everything that involved walking. He not only cured that but went on to treat arthritis in my thumbs, pain in my knee, inability to fall asleep, anxiety and is now working on back pain.Unlike most acupuncturists, he has many modalities with which to treat patients which in part explains the one stop shopping for care. He is compassionate, has integrity and is genuinely concerned about improving his patients’s quality of life. If you have any kind of silent, be it emotional or physical, seeing him is a wonderful place to start. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. V. Dekhtyar has changed my life! He began treating me for stress related neck and back pain. However, as our treatments evolved, he is now coaching me on stress management as well. I love how Dr. Dekhtyar takes a holistic approach to healing; understanding that finding and addressing the root cause of an issue is often the best method for treatment and prevention.Also, sometimes I go for my regular treatment and have a cold, or sore throat, or sinus headache and he is able to treat that very successfully as well.Not only have I learned so much from Dr. Dekhtyar, but he has brought me back to optimal health.
