They dont understand what a Flexible Spending Account is. Every time my doctor writes me a prescription for over-the-counter medication, they dont fill it. When I go in to pick it up, Im told its over-the-counter. Then I explain, again, I need a prescription to use my Flexible Spending Account. This happens a lot! Doctor just wrote a prescription for Mucinex yesterday. Go to pick it up...same story. Have to go back today because they have to order it. So inconvenient. And this is not the first time. I dont know if they read, or take note of these reviews, but I wish they would at least tag or note somewhere on my account.
