This receptionist at Optum Glendora told me I had to have my mask touching the bridge of my nose. WOW.... Where is her mask? A bit Hypocritical, wouldnt you say?

Dr. Cacnio is by far the best pediatrician my sons have had. He is so kind and make children feel comfortable with him. I am extremely happy with their doctor.

We have been seeing Dr. Cacnio for about 10 years. I wouldn’t go to a different doctor ever. He is professional and takes his time to listen to your concerns. He wealth of knowledge comes with years of experience. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome pediatrician.

I will be finding a new health care facility. My primary Dr left and they wont tell me where or why. Had an appointment for my son to see Jason and they cancelled his appointment without notifying anybody. BAD service

I visited the HealthCare Partners Glendora Office about 3 months ago. I was looking for a new primary care doctor. When I was seen by Dr. Kotrappa in the exam room I was bombarded by questions that were extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. She continued to press me about my familys choice not to use vaccines when I was a child. She asked questions like, Why would your mother not vaccinate you?. Making me feel like I did something wrong and my family. I understand as a new patient I would be asked questions but I felt that myself and my family were personally attacked by Dr. Kotrappa. Also, I felt more like I was visiting the principles office instead of a medical doctor due to the lack of professionalism, compassion and common courtesy. I highly recommend finding a different primary care doctor.

I have been a part of the medical group for about 20 years and have seen all of their doctors. I have never had any complaints and I have always been completely satisfied with the service from the staff and physicians. Not sure what happened to the last review but Im a very picky person and I wholeheartedly disagree. My family is never loyal to any business entity unless we are completely satisfied and we are; from grandparents to children.

I was referred to this office after having spent time in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received immediate and excellent service and am very pleased with their service. In my opinion, they are the greatest!!! Alma Whitsell

Awful customer service, not respectful at all with patients. Debbie is the worse ever and Crystal puts you on hold forever ignoring you big time and never calling back. Do not recommend
