I was very pleased with my first visit. Very clean and professional. Was in and out quick. The optometrist explain everything in detail about my vision health and how important it is, especially when you have diabetes. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

I was taken in 2 minutes after signing in. The initial exam was thorough and the assistant was very friendly yet efficient. The doctor answered all my questions and gave me various solutions to my concerns. I received assistance with selecting eyewear that took into account my budget as well. The facility was clean and sanitized. I also was given payment options to fit my needs.

Bless this office/staff! From making an appmt to getting my glasses was a great experience. I made my appmt online (user friendly). I felt welcomed upon arrival to the office by the ladies at the front desk. The Dr (female) was informative, and really listened to my concerns ; Not once did I feel rushed. The office also did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my glasses being ready. Overall, I highly recommend this place. GREAT JOB ARROW VISION.

Honestly one of the best eye doctors around. They explained every procedure, so it doesnt seem like you are doing things for the heck of it. They really help ypu pick the glasses that best fit your face which was awesome, especially during covid when cant take some one with you.

Less then 5 min wait, available parking, they did a very thorough exam on my daughter, explained in laymans terms all the answers to my questions, they worked with me for the financing my insurance didnt cover, all the staff were friendly, they make you feel comfortable and they follow all of the Covid guide lines-no complaints what so ever!

The doctor who saw did not answer the prevention o need to do in order to prevent macular degeneration. She simply stated that it is maybe hereditary. But she wants to do all the testing and monitoring. If it is my DNA, then there is no reason to do any monitoring or spend all the time and money for testing.

Excellent customer service when I arrived for my annual eye appointment. I did not wait long and was greeted by a friendly eye specialist. After a few basic eye tests, I entered eye exam room. Eye specialist cleaned all surfaces and eye exam chair. A few mins later I was greeted by Michele Choi, O.D. Excellent service and detailed about my eye 👁 needs. She had great customer service and was very friendly. Dr. Choi attended to us and she was great. My son enjoyed the experience. My other son went with Dr. Bettleheim and he was very satisfied with the experience as well. Criselda held us with directing glasses and other requests that I had after leaving the office. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer care that provided and their attentiveness with my children. I would recommend them to others.

I got a pair of glasses from arrow vision center 13 months ago and the lens popped out today. i called them and they said bring them in and they would pop it back in real quick. i drove down there and waited for 30 minutes only to tell me they are out of warranty for a month and would have to charge me for a new lens?? i feel if they would have explained it over the phone it would have saved me time to not have to drive all they way down there. I have been going there with my kids for several years and this is not cool. regardless maybe its time to find a new eye dr.I just feel that whomever answers the phones could have explained all this beforehand. also a month out of warranty and they pop out? business is business and now they lost mine.

I been with Arrow Vision for about 8 years now, my son and I gotta Wear glasses 24/7.The staff is super friendly and professional I love how they always clean everything were you will be placing your face for the eye examination.Installations are always clean and if you make an appointment at 2pm you wont be seating at 2:30 wondering at what time theyll take you in.. Theyre pretty good at keeping their appointments on time.😊

I called and got an appointment right away I didn’t have to wait to get in! When I arrived all the staff greeted me in a friendly manner! Then I only waited a couple minutes to be called back. The gal that helped me at first was very friendly and professional she explained everything that was happening plus she cleaned everything before using any equipment so I knew it was clean and felt safe that it was sterilized! She’s been there for 16 years so you could tell you knew what she was doing! Then the doctor came in right away I didn’t have to wait! She was also very nice and professional explained everything answered any questions I had . Then the next gal Suki she helped me pick out some frames and told me the truth if they didn’t look good on me so I felt confident with the ones I chose! She checked my insurance so I knew what was covered then we set up my appointment for next year so I’d be sure not to miss or let time go by and ignore my eyes which are very important! She also took the time to clean my old glasses until I get my new ones in a week and a half! I was very pleased with my appointment I think they are great at Arrow Vision and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!👍😊

Ive been going to this facility since 2012 and I have to say they are the very best. The staff are friendly and the optometrists are so patient and knowledgeable. I moved an hour and a half drive away but Im so loyal to this facility that I drive the distance.
