Doctors here do not care. I have been at this office my entire adult life and after Dr. Glavan passed away, the new Doctor drastically reduced my medication and despite going back twice to get help and show them I was very unwell, they did nothing to help. The p.a. Folsom treated me horribly. No one deserves to ever be treated this way, especially at no fault of your own. They did not even give me time to get into a different Doctor. I have never been treated this way in my life. Not treating someone with a very noticeable reaction does not reflect patient care at all. It is negligence and complete lack of understanding.

Ive been coming to this group of doctors for 15+ years and always have a great experience! I go once a year for a physical with Dana Robben-Folsom, PA-C … I’m 68 and recently retired with United Health Care Medicare HMO. Dana Folsom always takes time to explain my lab results, listens to my concerns, offers excellent advice and I know she really cares about me and her patients. Plus she’s just so darn sweet, energetic and kind. Ill follow her to any office practice =) The staff is great too, very professional and efficient.

I had been a patient at Foothill Family Practice for over 20 years. I set an appointment with what is now Emanate Health Foothill Practice Medical Group in order to assess the office now under new ownership. I was told the appointment would be certainly under $200. I was assigned a physician who was also only recently licensed. My bp, temp and pulse were taken by an assistant. The physician spent far less than 15 minutes discussing (in a very shallow and uncaring manner) my medical history. There was no physical examination whatsoever. I left with an empty feeling at best. To my dismay a bill arrived two weeks later for $620.00! Following several days of phone calls to Emanate Healths billing office (located in another county) a rep called me to inform me that my bill had been reduced to $200.00! For what? Fifteen minutes of useless chitchat. No tests, no prescriptions, no advice. A cost to me of roughly $14.00 PER MINUTE for nothing of any value. Though it may be legal it feels like a crime to a retired senior like me.

When Dr. Glavin was alive it was a great office.However the new Doctors there only care about there reputations and not your health. At least that is my experience. I have since decided to go someplace else.

Foothill Family Practice USED to be my preferred medical group. I could always get an appointment fairly easily and there was never a huge wait. Their entire staff was great, and I have no complaints.However, recently, it has become nearly impossible to get an appointment. Any time Ive been sick in the last year, theyve said its going to take a minimum of 3 weeks to see anyone. Im not even being picky and asking for a doctor; this is three weeks to see a physician or a physicians assistant.I really wish I could have gone here forever, but it doesnt seem possible any longer.

I am tired of this place. Will be going somewhere else. The front office staff are the WORSE!! Biter unhappy ladies. Im done.

Limited appointments, no walk in. From the few times Ive called when I was really sick, I was given some appointment about a month later. No way to see a doctor or a PA earlier. Basically you need to forecast and plan when you will be sick to be able to use this group. I dont know who sits around and plans when they are going to be ill.

Doctors are great. Receptionist is rude. Why be rude to people who are already sick and having a probably bad day.

Im going to switch Dr after I get my lab work back this is ridiculous I call no answer when there suppose to be back from lunch if I sick I cant see my Dr for weeks by than Im better reception is rude I hate talking to her Im over it 1 star because I have to put down a star

Warm, friendly and caring doctors. I moved out of the area and changed my doctor but came back when I found the new office was all sparkle and no feelings.
