I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. All the girls are really nice… lashes last, great service. Jazmine does the best on my lashes. My daughter comes here and I recommended my nieces and cousins.

The ladies are okay, had 2 sets done here. Both single lash classic style first one was VERY classic, one lash per hair. Loved it when I walked out... the set didnt last longer than 5 days. Had a refill for 2 -3 weeks out, got a brand new set at this point becausw all previous lashes were gone, they too look amazing, but for only 3 days. Lashes feel out left and right, luckily for the most part not taking my real lash. Ive been getting lashes for 4 years and this place is the least lasting. If you are getting them done for just one day great, any longer I wouldnt count on it

People are constantly asking if my lashes are real and are complimenting them. Probably the best beauty decision I have ever made. The staff, decor, and owners are amazing. Every thing is completely customizable to what you want. Amazing attention to detail from the staff. I can go on for days about them. Stop wondering and give them a try! This place is adorable first of all. When you walk in, the decor hits you right away and you just know youre in the right spot for good lash extensions.I have been here twice, once as a tester lash model and once as a regular customer. Both times they have done a phenomenal job and I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on my lashes.If youre here for the first time and are unsure of what you want, go for a less dramatic look, as the dramatic look can be a little bit much for you if youre not accustomed to it (just my experience). The process itself takes about 2 hours for a full set of lashes, and youre lying down the whole time, but its comfortable and they have good satellite radio plaging all day.Lashes are excellent quality and the job done is wonderful. They will last for weeks.I am going to be a regular customer at this place. LOVE IT.

The entire staff are all wonderful. They keep detailed notes so no matter who works on you, your eyelashes come out the way you want them, or if you want to change it up. There is no second guessing by them or trying to remember how you had them done for a party or what have you.I highly recommend booking appointments in advance. They can get booked for 2 weeks out, so walk in might not get you a same day.I LOVE LOVE love this place, Ill never go anywhere else. 💖💖💖

First time getting lashes my done. Loved them! They even held up in the salty sea swimming for 9 days with good care. I got so many compliments on them. Will definetly return for my refill.

The employment practices of this company are extremely shady. But, that isnt even why I am giving them a 1 star review. It seems that they want their sick trainees to come in to work and spread cold viruses onto their clients. Thats all I have to go by after they terminated my training without giving me an actual reason why. I wouldnt recommend this employer if you have no Lash Extension training.

These people are disgusting and horrible at Platinum lashes the owner Jeremy and the manager at Glendora Adrian are both horrible people they lie and say they deceive And arw overy priced...they do not care about any of their employees or any of there customers.... They talk bad behind peoples backs! DO NOT USE THEM! They fall out almost immediately!! Terrible!
