Horrible pharmacy! They sent the wrong prescription to my son for his extensive acne. For over a year they had been sending him a monthly prescription of Absorica. In May, a week before they were to send his Absorica, they called to confirm that they were sending it. Then, they sent Zenatane, which is a completely different composition. They sent the wrong prescription. They then said that they cant correct the prescription because our insurance will only allow for monthly prescriptions. Hope Specialty then had the audacity to tell our doctor that they had been sending Zenatane without any complaints from us. They refuse to correct their mistake and they lied to our doctor. So, now my son has to miss a month of his much needed prescription. We are never using Hope Specialty ever again! Worst pharmacy ever.

My doctor wrote a prescription for something insurance didn’t cover. It took a few phone calls on my part over the course of a week to settle it. They contacted me Monday afternoon to say doctor finally got back to them and could they bill the card on file? Today is Thursday and it still has not shipped! Why? Why? They don’t know why it’s taking so long. Is that even an answer?

While on summer break I visited my Dr back home in SoCal, he sent my prescription to Hope. Not only did I get all my medications for cheap thanks to coupons they had on hand for me, but they also graciously provided free shipping to my school in Oregon. This was so convenient and I didnt have to worry about my parents shipping my meds to me. Plus, I had a follow up with a doctor in Oregon, and Hope accepted my prescriptions from him too! Great service and major time and money saver!
