The Glendale Pharmacy is dedicated to facilitating the process as much as possible for their patients. Their staff are all professionals, going above and beyond in preparing my medications and my elderly parents’ medications. They are my go-to pharmacy for so many years. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and professional, giving clear information and very extensive consultation. On several occasions, the staff has helped me with my prescriptions on which I needed extra assistance or needed them quickly. I strongly believe they are the best pharmacy in the city of Glendale, as I had disappointing and unsatisfactory experiences with other pharmacies in Glendale, prior to finding the Glendale Pharmacy.I can honestly say that they always provide an excellent service, from the simplicity of completing the order and ease of filling out the prescriptions, to the quick dispatch and delivery. I feel so lucky to have this pharmacy close by! They are friendly, fast and affordable. Perscriptions are filled quickly and they make you feel appreciated.

2nd time they are switching my parents prescription order from a non generic medication to a generic. My mom was specifically prescribed a Flagyl after her breast cancer surgery, but she received a metroNidazole instead. When we asked why did you switch without letting us know, an angry woman on the phone replied that - there is no difference! and next time just tell us that you specifically want the original medication!This is happening the 2nd time within a month.The other incident we had with this pharmacy was when my dad was prescribed a PLAVIX which is a very expensive drug. Instead, they simply gave him (again, without letting him know) a generic brand of that medication. When we complained mentioning that doctor specifically prescribed this medication because my dad had a heart attack and needed a big dose..- the answer was -you should have mentioned that you specifically want the one doctor prescribed.This is unacceptable, because the pharmacy is supposed to give you whats writtenand prescribed by the doctor! We are not supposed to mention it - the prescriotion talks for itself!This pharmacy simply doesnt care about your health and doesnt apparently know the difference between generic and non generic medications! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING! ALWAYS CHECK IF THEY GAVE YOU WHAT IS PRESCRIBED ON THE PRESCRIPTION OR YOU WILL BE LIED TO!

Tom has a bad attitude and doesn’t keep his word. I will not sign your paperwork next time, and you can go without getting paid as long as I can manage to keep the insurance company from paying you.Response:That is only partly true, he works at the location that doesn’t have doors for the public, and the location is hidden by the owners to avoid public complaints.You are the very same company, and I will not remove it until GLENDALE PHARMACY resolves the issue.

Nobody care about your phone call.services is zero..when you call to ask about your medicines,they tell you we will call you back but nobody call untill you call again and this can be happen for several hours and days..completely disappointed.
