Awful, unprofessional, pompous customer service. Ani is very short, rude and may need more guidance in her professionalism.

They were helpful over the phone when I called with questions as well as when I came in a few hours later.The staff there are incredibly kind and even remember me when I’ve returned for more supplies.They seem a little old-fashioned and might need some organization help but that doesn’t bother me.

I called earlier this morning looking for a 7× 11 BodyIce cold pack. I spoke to Agavni. She stated that they did not carry that brand, but mentioned a product by Nordex, also made in the US, like Bodyice. She went to look for the product and quoted me $9.95 for the 7x11 size.When I arrived at the store, she was busy with a customer and some other young woman showed me the product. The few boxes (3) for that product came in boxes marked, either 4×10 or 7× 11. When i was ready to pay for the product at the register, the amount came to $15.95 plus tax.I cannot believe people who work at these small establishments, do not take the time to research the correct prices and give customers the incorrect prices!Needless to say, I will never be frequenting this place EVER again!

The worst and unprofessional Med Supply store i ever been. We placed and order for particular product and they order completely wrong product.Stay away from this place.
