Everybody is most helpful everybody knows every question you might have about dieting they know in detail every single thing you might want to ask.When is something doesn’t work what you can do / try in Lou of! Great experience! And mostly you get different people and their intakes and they’re also knowledgeable.

I love Lindora they helped me out many years ago and they’re helping me out again I love the skinny shot and the Lipo shot and the boosters so so so helpful! I also love the fact that if I can’t make it to the Glendale location which is my home location then I have the option of going to whatever Lindora I want to usually I use the one in Pasadena because it’s near my work both Glendale and Pasadena are amazing but the Glendale staff at my home facility are the best!!Leo is so smart and supportive and funny and always has a smile on his face and willing to make you laugh and I believe her name is Jessica (I hope I’m not getting that wrong) but she too is so nice and so thoughtful and so sweet and non-judgmental and always encouraging and BOTH of them always soooo helpful when it comes time to going out of their way to help me when needed!!! Thank you so much to the Glendale staff for always going above and beyond!! 💜

Unfortunately, this will not be a rosey review for the Glendale location. I contacted them on Friday, February 26th to make an appointment and/or talk to the manager about signing up for another weight loss program with my membership. I called at 9:30 am and never received a call back. I called the 1-800 number and could not get a hold of anyone. I called Glendale location directly. I spoke to the receptionist and explained the reason for my call. It was met with an ATTITUDE and NO customer service. She is combative and NOT helpful. You cannot expect to run a front desk with someone that has no respect for the public contacting a place of business that is supposed to be the FACE of the company. This is unprofessional and is a bad reputation for this location and Lindora as a whole.

Great experience

I used the program a few years ago. I was pleased. HOWEVER since they changed the membership and I was also mislead and under the new rules they insist you pay by credit card and or debit card. I learned this a few months later.I also have been informed that you cant pay monthly in either cash or check like I used to before on the prior membership.They even wont let you pay for the whole year either by cash or check.I have been still have yet to receive an email for an explanation.Guess honesty and integrity are no longer at the Lindora Centers.Very disappointing in customer service and lack of integrity these days

Worst Customer service ever! Every time I go for my visit , its always a party. the front desk receptionist is so loud and the back nurse is drinking her coffee and on the phone , with no clue that I even walked in the office or even the restroom. I was hoping to have had a nice experience . Your facility is beautiful, Too bad your staff is very unprofessional. Ill tell you one thing, Margret keep up the good work and I think its Johanna, thank you for your patience.

It was not to my expectations especially for the price, its extremely expensive for something that could be done on your own for less of a price and more effective. I will never recommend this place to anyone, its a waste of money, do it on your own. They also take days off of your program after missing a certain amount of days, i didnt like that especially for the price your paying.
