Very very unorganized. They set deadlines then miss their own deadlines. 7, yes I said 7, people called me from this group, none of them knew that someone else called. One wouldn’t even tell me who she was resulting in a cease and desist order, they closed my request for help. I finally got a straight answer from them as to who this person was and they reopened my case. I was told by my assigned rep that she doesn’t read her emails with attachments, even if she’s requested info from a client!!! She said that all docs go to this other person. In another email she said that she didn’t receive documents and they should have been sent to her directly. Another email stated they were missing the entire packet!! I’ve sent the same information in several times!!Another rep, the one paperwork should allegedly go to, set an appointment, told me to be there, but didn’t give a location. When I asked, the response was simply “at our office”... what kind of communication is this? These are stressful times for people and ARC hid behind their nonprofit for clout but they just create confusion and frustration! ARC is part of the problem, not a solution. Very disappointed! I just hope the state doesn’t reject my application because of the incompetence of those handling the paperwork! Run, run fast- there are better resources out there- those that can communicate clearly and actually want to help!
