I recently moved to the Phoenix area for a job as a flight paramedic. I didnt know the area very well, and needed a place to find scrubs for work. I googled scrubs near me. Scrubs & Beyond appeared so I found my way there. Not knowing I would meet the most lovely of women Ive ever seen or met in my life. Michelle is someone out of this world. She was so helpful, and continues to be as I come to this location for all my medical needs. Michelle youre awesome, beautiful, and thank you for being the friendliest face and person I came into encounter with being new to your state. Charlene was sooo nice. Went in with my boyfriend and son and as soon as we walked out my 7 year old said mom that lady was so nice. She provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be buying my Scrubs from here on out 😊 Thank you Charlene!

First time in as I needed scrubs for school, and wow! Customer service was amazing. I forget both the older lady and younger lady’s names working there but they were extremely nice and helpful. Although they were out of the size I needed the younger lady helped in ordering what I needed. Look forward to returning! 😊

Michelle was wonderful! I wanted two pair of the same scrubs but my size wasn’t on the floor. She went in the back and found my size in a box that wasn’t put out yet. So helpful! Great experience!

I have been buying scrubs from them for years. They have always been super helpful. Occasionally they dont have the color I need but are always willing to order them for me. As an added bonus: they offer a discount for Banner employees! Plus if you sign up for it they send pretty decent coupons in the mail.

Everyone I talked to asked me if I needed help and was super nice. They even had extra small scrubs (which I had trouble finding) and the pants were actually just long enough instead of dragging which was awesome. I’m pretty short and finding stuff that fits me is a plus! I won’t be in need of scrubs for a long time after this trip but when I am, I will definitely be coming back here. Loved it so much. There definitely wasn’t as much of a selection for men, but there was still plenty of colors and styles even in the small section. Fitting rooms were open and they encourage you to try on so that way you know how it fits you and that it fits you well, I even had a lady ask me if I needed anything while I was in there. I haven’t been in a fitting room since before Covid, but the customer service didn’t skip a beat. Thank you all very much for such a wonderful experience.

I have been to this store several times and each time I love interacting with Michelle. She is the greatest when I need help in finding a comfortable fitting scrub top. and bottom. She is thoughtful and always takes her time with you. I love her personality and how friendly and helpful she is each and every time I enter the store.

I felt as though I was not able to shop freely as I wanted to. The lady on the sales floor was overwhelming. She followed me around the store. And was a bit condescending.She even spoke negatively to the cashier about another customer in front of me. Maybe she was having a bad day...

Carole and Charlene are simply the best. They are so friendly and helpful and they always have the same pleasant demeanor every time I go in the store. Theyre always so nice to chat with as well. I am plus size and its really hard shopping for clothing in my size and due to recent weight gain it just feels really embarrassing sometimes. But they are never judgmental and they are always helpful to pick a style thats flattering for my physique. In fact another customer in the store commented how nice the scrubs looked on me and wanted to try the same pair on. I wish they had a larger selection of shoes for large, wide feet. But they were able to ecommend other stores that might be helpful. Also they offer student discounts so you cant go wrong there! Thanks ladies for the wonderful shopping experience.

Charlene was so amazing, she was diligent with me on the phone with me. She stayed on the phone with me to resolve an issue. I think the world will be a better place with individuals like her. I highly suggest this store for all your scrubs/medical supplies needs.

09/19/2020: Was my first time visiting and purchasing at any type of uniform store. I have been in the medical field for well over 15 years and the level of customer service and attentiveness I received by: Emily, Heidi and Jayme was impeccable! I could not have been anymore please with the care the put forth towards my wants and needs while trying on scrubs up until my final purchase. The cleanliness of the store was immaculate and the care taken to sanitize each item after a customers use was also appreciated. All three ladies did an amazing job and I THANK YOU for making my experience at your store a pleasant one. I have recommended your location to fellow co-workers and will continue to spread word and I will most definitely be returning to your store. You and your costumer service and friendly attitudes are appreciated. Also, Medcouture was my choice brand.

I went in tonight for help with last minute scrub purchase for my new job. I was frazzled and stressed but was warmly greeted by the staff . Michelle was so kind and helpful! If you are looking for male scrubs dont bother. Only 3 styles and all three were garbage designs/ fabrics. Not sure how they cant carry a decent mens scrub set.

I came into this store to find last minute scrubs, and all was fine, I loved the scrubs I tried on. until I realized the employees were staring at me very weird. I was just looking around and I can see them staring at me I did not feel comfortable at all.

Michelle is awesome. She always remembers who I am, greats you with a smile. She is always is helpfull trying to find my tall pants I need, and order them if she needs to. She always asks how I am doing. She seems to care about her customers and that is very rare now a days.

As a nurse I shop often for scrubs. I have to say Scubs and Beyond and this particular location is always my go to. The staff is so friendly and I always feel very welcomed. Michelle is wonderful. She is extremely helpful especially for me. I can never make a decision and she really helps! They also always have a really good extensive variety of styles which I love. If you need scubs (or even supplies) and a helpful person ask for Michelle:)

I agree with the reviewer who said this whole place smells like an ashtray. I thought maybe it was one of the customers in the store but when I was approached by an employee I quickly realized who the source was. Sadly I probably won’t come back here only because of the smell. There is no excuse for a retail shop to reek of cigarettes and I have no desire to put myself through that while shopping.

I will recommend this store to anybody who wants to buy scrub. I just bought mine a couple of minutes ago. The lady in white scrub top helped me to choose a perfect scrub fit for me. She was very patient and gave a good advise about scrub. She knew what she talked about.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful if you have questions or need help finding styles, colors, or right fits. I have been buying from them exclusively for years, but recently needed a new color/style. The sales associate spent a good 30-45 minutes with me trying different scrubs to find exactly what I needed, and even called around to different stores for a couple of items not in stock. The care and attention made my experience 5 stars and exceeded my already positive impression of this location.

I went to this store looking for plus size. I was greated right away. Asked if I needed help .I said do you have plus size, associate said well everything could be plus size .(A little snippy. But you get used to it being a bigger person).Then I told him my size, I was greated with a WOW! i dont know. He walked off and my mother and me walked to a rack to look. I dont need to be judged by an associate, and will not go back to see if you do carry my size, and I would not recommend this store to any of my colleagues. Diversity training would be something this associate needs.

Excellent customer service! They are able to help you find your style of scrubs and are willing to order anything that you cant find in store. Plus when you shop their sales, you save money :-) Check them out for all your scrub needs!

This is a great store for scrubs. I buy them as gifts for one of my favorite nurses twice a year. The store manager is very helpful. The only negative - that store needs more space. It is overcrowded and the mens department is very limited.

Not much to choose from if youre a guy. But then again thats pretty much all stores.

The customer service is good, The store manager was very friendly and helpful. The only think I didnt like about this store is there is very little variety. I was looking for 2 brands of scrubs and they didnt have them. Other than that I liked this store.

I usually come here but today, the entire store smelled like an ashtray. I had to smell my new scrubs to make sure they didnt have a permanent stench.

I usually have a good experience and great customer service when I visit this store. Today was different. Apparently the women working today have a problem with people of color. When I wasnt greeted when I came in, I figured it was due to them being busy with another customer, but when everyone else in the store was asked if they were doing ok or needed help EXCEPT me, I knew there was a problem. I cant & wont shop at a business whose employees show this type of behavior because my money is green just the same as everyone elses.

First time visiting it was awesome. Found scrubs I loved.

The customer service here is amazing, the staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. They even give a nursing student discount when you show them your ID. This is the only place I go when I need scrubs and other supplies.

Enjoy the coming to this store. Try to catch a good sale.

Will not shop here again, the do not post there actual return policy on the receipt not is it posted anyway in the store. do not trust the people that work here spend your money elsewhere

Horrible the i come to the store at 10:20am and the store is still close why put a sign at the store with your hours when you can even get here in time to open on a saturday morning. So rude and unprofessional.
