The visit with Dr Kaur was satisfactory, but my experience with the practice was not. When I scheduled the appointment, the practice was offering only virtual appointments. No one contacted me to tell me that my appointment would be in-person. After calling and waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes, I discovered that the appointment was now in-person. Good thing I called! The office should have notified patients that visits are now in-person.

I scheduled an appointment for new patient establishment, physical, depo and a mamagram referral. My appointment with Dr Kaur was canceled and rescheduled about 3 to 4 times. My appointment finally came and waited almost an hour to be seen. Then when I get taken back an assistant was helping out and said they were running behind. When the dr came in it felt rushed and I was told I needed to get my depo else were. I explained to her I always gotten it done in the office and why I wanst informed I wasnt going to be able to get it that day till the end of the appointment.. She then stated that I was here for a physical. I said yes and the depo and a referral to have a mamagram done. I then told her I was already behind on my depo shot with all the canceling and rescheduling. If the Dr would of looked at her schedule ahead of time I could of been told that she does not do Depo shots and wouldnt have wasted my time.. she then said she would cancel the appointment and I still landed up pay my copay..

Dr. Kaur was very pleasant to meet and talk with .I would definitely recommend her as well as all the staff at the Bell rd location. They are all helpful and very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable !

Dr. Kaur was such an awesome find, she’s a fantastic primary care provider. I appreciate how well she listens to you as a patient and provides helpful advice throughout every appointment. She takes her time during appointments with you and her caring demeanor is refreshing, it’s difficult to find doctors like her these days. I feel lucky for sure!

In my first visit Dr Kaur was very pleasant and thorough. She reviewed my medical history and ordered a set of blood test to assess my current situation.

They always have a kind and considerate staff. I have been going to them for years. My appointments are always on time and the Doctor always takes the time to explain everything to me. She answers all my questions. I have recommended this office to family and friends. Thats how impressed I am with their professional attitude.

Wont see in office except once a week. Booked out over a month. Had appiontments in office and both times doctor cancelled. I even verified the day before i get to the office found out doctor wasnt there. Cant get in for a sugery clearance until the surgeon gets back to them. They wont even schedule my appointment without a special form, even thou I have a letter from my doctor..called PCP 6.3 appointment.

I feel she didnt listen it was like she wanted us to hurry and get out I am 84 years old and you use to talk to the doctor and they listened not in this case

I had a video conference with Dr. Kaur and as always she is very kind very respectful and very very knowledgeable. She has excellent doctor patient manners and I really truly appreciate that because it makes me feel comfortable.

She is definitely not my old PCP I am used to my PCP taking action Im trying to help diagnose my problems before she sends me off to a different doctor and DoctorKaurs medical assistant has no personality and seems like she actually does not care

My mother uses my phone to see her Dr. Via video appts and its been so much easier for both her and I because she is elderly and keeping her in the house is more comfortable for her easier on me and safer on both of us due to covid at this time. We are happy and thankful to have the opportunity to use these services.

I enjoy working with Dr Kaur. We always go over my symptoms and medication questions and get things done right away

Dr. Lair was willing to listen and was not judgements.
