If I could give negative 5 I would. Unprofessional, lying people. After giving me an appointment ingot there and they denied giving me a appointment than claimed no insurance authorization, I called my insurance and it was authorized when the insurance called they said theyre not taking new patients. BS! I had a friend call the next day they gave her a appointment and confirmed they are taking new patients! A bunch of THIEVES, UNETHICAL, LYING
Waste of gas, time and money. Deceitful staffing, giave me appreciate a new denied. Said no authorization, when I have her authorization info she said insurance wont pay at. Called insurance and they lied to the insurance and said no New patient. But they give appointments and waste your time. Staff lies see o doctor must be liat. Im filling complaint with California medical board
