Went to their hot bar and there were flies going around. The establishment was huge and had a nice ambiance to it. I’m only rating the food bar since that what I bought when I visited the place. There’s also plenty of parking so you will never have an issue with that.5 stars for this establishment but seeing some flies inside at the hot bar area is a huge no no.

Small selection but nice store. I do have to admit Ive never been to a Whole Foods with security guards but the staff was great. Produce looked tasty, Im enjoying a nectarine as I write this. The bread I bought is great but not much to select from. Meats look great, need to go back 🥩. If you are a Amazon Prime member, get the Whole Foods app to get discounts on select items using a QR code they scan from your phone.

This review is for their juice bar.While the market is pretty standard, has an average selection just like any other Whole Foods, I really really like this particular location because of their juice bar.Ive had not the best experience in other locations because I just simply didnt the like the taste of the juice or smoothie but this particular location makes the best bowls, juices and smoothies. Always right proportion of fruits/veggies/ice/milk. They can accommodate my requests even if they are ridiculous lol.Very friendly, fast and attentive.

Unfortunately, for me, I Will never know if they will have Buffett style self serve @8pm on a Sunday..because they wont pick up calls and Left me on hold to eventually get call hung up . COVID is non existent beyond the entrance doors there clearly . customer service goes out the windows there , big difference.thumbs down for not being an informed staff(1), and for nincompoop style customer service.(2)

Whole Foods is always great, though they do call it Whole Paycheck for a reason. :)This location is always bustling and the checkout situation is not great, especially with current social distancing. There just isnt enough room for the kind of traffic this store gets.On my most recent visit I purchased over $100 in flowers. Their selection was great and they lasted beautifully in my arrangements for over a week! (Also the Brocoli Cheddar soup is delish.)

This place is incredible. I was looking for a place to get some lunch. My co worker said “let’s go to Whole Foods”, I was like whaaa. So we went and I’m glad we did. Being a pescatarian I’m usually limited on places to eat, but the amount of options the have here is insane. You can make your own salad. Order a sandwich. A burger(but not for me). They have sushi. Oh they even have a hot section with different meats and chicken. Looks amazing, hope you guys take a trip here next time for your next lunch break.

This place has a wide selection of organic produce, dairy products, and more. I love to shop here. But the only problem is the service. I usually use the self checkout because I don’t like dealing with the cashiers—they’re just not really friendly. I also found the people in the Hot Food area to be very unprofessional, and not fully trained to do their jobs well. I ordered 2 pork burritos but was charged 2 different prices by 2 different people, which was quite upsetting! And lastly, I thought the people at the Customer Service counter were curt. I do expect better service at a high-end market like Whole Foods.

Best Whole Foods experience thus far. My go to Whole Foods is in Pasadena (Hastings Ranch). I think this location has convinced me to make the extra drive to Glendale instead. Very clean, helpful staff and way more variety.

Place is chaotic. This place needs to be upgraded. I dont like the out dated look or how bad their produce always looks.

This market is over run with these people that get groceries for other people. They act like your doing something wrong because your getting your own groceries. I would go to a different store nearby. If you have to go to Whole Foods, there are still some locations not plagued by this new trend.

Whole foods is killing it right now during holiday season with items not found anywhere else. Decent sales prices on select items coupled with Amazon member discounts make Whole Foods much more affordable these days. The staff are practicing crowd control and limiting customer numbers for a safe shopping experience. The lines move fast. The one near me also has an in store Amazon locker for package pick up which has been invaluable. Overall a great store.

A whole foods like any others with employees that are helpful when it comes to suggesting cuts, cheeses, pairings etc.

So the Amazon return dept workers Jonathan Rohdalinda and Tilly are the most ignorant, unethical employees ever. These 2 think they are doing you a favor just by talking to you or performing their job. They address customers as this guy or that girl. Spoke with the supervisor about these 2’s conducts in front of the supervisor he was still being disrespectful! Mandatory disciplinary actions are needed at this store. It’s becoming a common problem. Most of the reviews show the same.

You definitely can find great produce, breads, meats, frozen foods and anything you can think of but be prepare to pay a premium for it. Love their salad bar and soup sections. Lots of parking at this location.

Very nice store. Has a bottleneck near the fish and the nutra bars. Other than that, has all the food bars and grocery youd need.Groceries selection is great and it has an Amazon locker so you order online.

This is my nearest Whole Foods and no question I prefer it to the nightmare of the Silver Lake 365, though given a chance I will go to the huge one in Irvine or the 365 in uplands. This is a smaller location, the parking lot is also small and often close to full. Parking on the streets around it is close to impossible.The reason Im docking it a star is the situation with the remote shoppers. They are totally out of control, clogging the aisles and often just running into me because they are rushing about. They need to figure something out with those folks, maybe keep the store open overnight or something.

Pretty good selection, but curbside is a mess. Takes ages to get your groceries and there are only two spots so you are essentially better off waiting in line and going in the store yourself. Although, the line outside 5)3 store is usually too long also. Sigh.

Good people ther to help you out. They are very friendly.

The merger between Amazon and Wholefoods did nothing to the prices. A lady paid $21 for a chicken ... uncooked! Produce prices are outrageously expensive and just because they were organic does not mean they are better than other fruits. I saw all the idiots shopping there today. They are fools and just dont give a damn about money... And that is the type of people you love

Food bar needs to improve their manu and offer more choices. Also I didnt see any Apple pies. I went there for Apple pies and I didnt find any pie. Very disappointed

I have always enjoyed Whole Foods and the people who work there, but in the past I had a few orders that items were wrong or missing. This time, out of 38 items, I received only 9. The Amazon Prime, customer service people (for their driver) were helpful and tried to sort things out, but couldnt get anything done. I am disabled and cannot just go to the store so I rely on these items being delivered. Whole Foods and Amazon really need to be able to talk to each other when something comes up. Not just past the bucket or refund the customer. I am not the only one this has happened to and I really like Whole Foods.

More vegan options at breakfast please? Great Whole Foods location, but I can never count on them having hot vegan food without ordering something custom.

Excellent merchandising but a bit pricey

I dont usually shop at Whole Foods as Ive always been disappointed in their selection and price. I decided to go today to get nicer food for a special occasion... What would have cost me about $80 at another store cost me $125 here and I was focusing on their cheapest brands. AND I still had to go to another store to get a few things Whole Foods didnt have.The store was also VERY packed for COVID times, even though they limited the numbers in the store and I had to wait in a long line, I felt that I am safer in other cheaper grocery stores that have more space and less people.Whole Food... my vision of you lived up to reality. What I paid for wasnt justified in the quality I received. If Im paying this amount then I want to shop at a mom&pop shop and support local... but if you want to live the LA Hype Life, then Whole Foods is for you. Otherwise youll be better served elsewhere for price.(I give it three stars as the food is not bad quality and it is clean, so they dont deserve a horrible star score, but just wanting to keep it real)

4 stars because I had the most pleasant cashier in life ring me up earlier today, BUT staff on the floor kept coming wayyy to close to me. Like brushing up against my person close. Of all the people that youd think youd have to maintain the 6ft social distance rule, it shouldnt be the folks who work there.

Got my favorite cake (Chantilly) for Thanksgiving. Bought it the day before for freshness. When served the next day, it was very dry and horrible, tasted like they had made it a month ago. So upsetting and disappointing, not to mention embarrassing. Whole Foods has gone down hill since purchased by Amazon. I am looking for a replacement store!

So much improved after the redesign! Checkout still not as good as arroyo but what is. Also the produce feels a bit like a bazaar. But overall a great store now. Also the salad bar here has the extended middle eastern offerings most days including toum and baba ghanouj.

I only go in for 3 items. If another market carried them I would not step in Whole Foods. Patrons are obnoxious and staff is not the friendliest.

I have been shopping at Whole Foods Glendale since it was a small store on corner of Glenoaks and Glendale ave. The level of service is very low now, quality is at same level as any supper market, management is questionable at best, with an attitude. You are over run by Amazon shoppers, I waited for an hour to get in while at least 20 Amazon shoppers walked in. I will not go back to . I am a Amazon prime member and happy with my Amazon experience .

Yesterday I went in because i was hungry and i love Whole Foods food. I approached the sandwich section and I was greeted by all the workers behind the counter. They were able to be helpful and patient because I was picky. Jacklin who was helping me was new and she did a great job. She was also asking for assistance from Nathan when she didnt know and I appreciated that because in other work places they just try to wing it. I was also helped my Tim. He was very professional and he made sure I was taken care of before and after my sandwich was made. I really love the staff at Whole Foods.

The wait line outside at this Whole Foods was about 10-15 mins to limit shoppers. But the inside could only be described as crowded, to the degree that many aisles forced uncomfortable intimacy with others to access products on shelves. Before long I abandoned my items and left the store. No matter the quality of Whole Foods merchandise, it cant offset an unsafe environment. A nearby Ralphs grocery did not match the quality or variety of goods, but was far less crowded and more comfortable to shop in.

Not sure why but this specific whole foods location CONSISTENTLY sells rotten, mushy and close to liquified Persian cucumbers. I have pointed this out on multiple occasions to the produce manager and he promptly went into the back to bring fresh ones. Unfortunately the fresh ones are already mushy and rotten before they reach the shelves. The produce manager was surprised and agreed that this shouldnt happen...and yet..it still happens...every...week. maybe whole foods imports the cucumbers from the other side of the world? What a shame.

All the food here is healthier than you think. I come here often to buy some stuff for the house and I do like the customer service that is provided here. The employees are fast workers and give helpful opinions or suggestions that can help you get you along your way. I do recommend this location to everyone I know. Some items maybe a bit more pricey but its because most of items here are organic.

I usually go to the Whole Foods in el Segundo, but I happen to be in the Glendale area, and I have to say I’ve never had a bad experience until today. The whole time the cashier was beyond rude. The whole time He was talking to the girl that was bagging and overcharged me for 3 items that I never received. I will NEVER go back to this store. They need to train this young kids on manners and how to acknowledge a customer. That’s why you work as a cashier, customer service.
