They are amazing! The staff and doctor are all super friendly and thorough. The prescriptions I’ve gotten there have been the best pairs of glasses I’ve ever gotten. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Easy check in and process for getting checked. Very helpful and cooperative with multiple referrals to different doctors. Dr. Yath was knowledgeable and direct with explanation and process forward.

The doctor is WONDERFUL! Unfortunately scheduling and the office manager do not reflect the same courtesy or professionalism. Twice Ive scheduled appointments and when I came in they couldnt find my appointment, only once has the manager apologized and it was with attitude when I expressed frustration about the schedulers. Is the doctor worth the headache of dealing with the staff? Thats for you to decide (when our insurance changed I was kind of relieved not to have to deal with this office anymore)

This place is great! The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains her findings at a level I can understand and she does that even with my son. The staff is warm and welcoming, they seem to take their covid precautions seriously (which I sincerely appreciate), appointment availability is great and the cost of frames are reasonable.

I like Dr. Yan very much, but feel very uncomfortable to return there because of the front desk staff’s low quality of customer’s services.

Poor service - they sent me a text to confirm my Reserved appointment time. After I moved my work schedule to make that time, they then call 30 minutes after I confirmed to tell me that time is no longer available and they moved me to a different time. Wont be going back.

As important as my eyes are to me, my childrens eyes are priceless.My 4yr old needs glasses for a astigmatism and that could explain a lot!The doctor is great at communicating and is very genuine when it comes to patient care. The optician was so friendly, she gave a test to detect any anomolies in the eye. They didnt have to dialate my eyes and only cost 27.00. What a great service that some other offices dont have. A bit on the pricey side, but I felt I was being well cared for.

Ive been struggling to find a place that takes my insurance and willing to work with me on payments. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they were able to get me in right away. They were all awesome and super helpful. Giving their honest opinion on glasses that looked good and bad. I am excited to get them and will continue to go back as long as Im in the valley.

Staff has great customer service. Glasses were a reasonable price. It took 3 weeks to receive my glasses though. This may be typical but it is a long time when waiting for your glasses with a new prescription -- waiting to see more clearly.

I finally got myself vision insurance so I came in for a much needed eye exam. Everyone there is super nice and professional! I was wearing my old contacts for much too long, so I was given a free trial pair to get me through until my contacts came in. Plus they worked with my insurance so that I wouldnt have to pay too much out of pocket. I highly recommend 20/20 image to anyone needing any type of vision work done!

I went here for the first time. The doctor listened to my concerns and explained everything well. Amanda was great about helping me pick out glasses--I have never been to a place that has given good advice on selecting glasses. My one recommendation would be to have each employee who comes in contact with the patient introduce themselves--not one person told me their name when I met them. Detail, I know, but would be helpful upon meeting to get names! Thank you for your help.

The staff here are so friendly and genuine. They are wonderful people. My only criticism is the lack of choices for children. The selection used to be much better and have plenty of choices. This last time my son was so disappointed he couldnt find anything he liked. We ended up having to go somewhere else to find him some frames. I wish I didnt have to take my business elsewhere because I really do like coming here. They have always taken good care of me and my son.

Although somewhat successful with my plan, I was disappointed with the new service I received. So recently I returned to this facility. End result, I am very satisfied with not only the service and care I received, also the friendly and professional attitude of the staff. Best eye care I’ve ever had. Dr Yath & staff are about as excellent of people as you could know. Compassionate, honest, generous, educated eye care. I’m in deep & complex cancer treatment. I was in incredible pain & the staff adjusted to my emergency & navigated through a difficult insurance matter for me. Very friendly staff. but we werent given any options for lenses--just the ones the staff member recommended. I personally prefer to see all of my options before buying, but apparently they dont do that unless you ask? Problem is, its hard to ask to see options that you dont even know you have. I would suggest changing that policy/procedure in the future. Some customers might assume youre only recommending the lenses and options that make you the most money. Know what I mean? Its not hard to take a minute to show the customer all the options and prices for lenses and coatings, rather than just telling them about the one you recommend.With VSP insurance, my wife and I each got glasses and for two pairs of progressives it was $700. Seems a little steep, but most of that seemed to be the lens coating (must be where they make their money?).But something tells me this is just the way all optometrists do business. Its sad, but what can we as patients do? Do without glasses?So overall it was a good experience because the staff was friendly. But you certainly pay for it when you see the bill for your glasses.

I have gone to 20/20 image Eye Centers for over 20 years. I have also loved the doctors there, and now Dr. Yath is very personable, professional, and answers any questions you might have. I also love the camera that takes a picture of your inner eye, so you dont have to have those awful drops in your eye, its painless, and keeps a great record of whats happening in your eye. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

My experience with 20 20 Image has been nothing but a nightmare. In all the eye places Ive been in my life, yours is the worst.First off, I came in and got my eyes examined and ordered new prescriptions and a frame. Then I had to have a cataract removed. So I needed another new lens. You charged me $250 retail for the new lens that hasnt arrived yet and the lady told me two weeks. Today its been two weeks. You also charged me full price for another examination. 250 20 Image doesnt care about the patients, its just for the money. After I get the new lens I will never return to your establishment.Fortunately for me and others, Sun City and Sun City West has a website where we can go in and recommend services such as plumbing, electrical, contractors, doctors, optometrists,veterinarians, etc. We also can post negative experiences and warn residents who to avoid. I will be posting my experience with you and it wont be positive. Keep in mind that Sun City has 37,499 residents and Sun City West has 24,535 residents. The website covers quite a few residents.Also, when I came back after my cataract surgery I wanted to see you but you were not available that particular day. (09/20) The optometrist I saw didnt seem to know how to use your instruments so I was concerned about that. I believe you are just another franchise thats out for the money.

Overall, I like this place. I have never had any issues and the staff is very friendly, courteous, and does a great job. I really enjoy Dr. Yath too, shes also very friendly and professional! Definitely would recommend this place. (P.S. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment twice (and I missed my appointment once) and both times the staff was very helpful and kind about helping me do that, gave me no trouble of any kind).

This was my second visit to 20/20 Image and yearly exam. My prescription had changed and I needed new frames. I love the scan theydo for $29 that shows the retina, capillaries and macular magnified. Dr. Yath is young and up on the latest in eye care. She is very personable. I had lots of questions which she patiently answered. Her staff is very helpful too. There is a wide variety of frame styles to choose from right in the office.

Everyone at 20/20 was friendly and helpful. I would give my visit a 5 star rating. However, I am going to have to go back and have my glasses adjusted. I was prescribed progressives. I have had them for about two weeks and cannot get used to them. I get dizzy when I wear them and often get a headache.

Dr. Yath is a very.friendly doctor and very professional in her approach. She goes to great lengths to explain your eye situation, in my situation as a diabetic with a slight case of cataracts. As a business woman she tried to direct my eyeglass purchase to her in store operation. No problem there, but being on a fixed income Costco fit me better,. She has earned my trust and I will remain her patient, as this is the first time I have seen her.

Tired of dealing with this place. I thought maybe with the new ownership it would improve but it did not. Been going here a few years and not once has anything gone right. Dropped off glasses almost 6 weeks ago and they said new lenses would be a week or so. I keep calling and getting the excuse we have to call the lab. Last time i will ever go here. Just ridiculous. Update. Almost 10 weeks now, I get a call for my yearly exam to be scheduled. Asked them if my glasses are in they say they arrived 3 weeks ago. Total BS place. Nice customer service!!!!!

Very professional with excellent PR. A mistake was made when I booked my appointment and so when I showed up with my 2 kids they didnt have it in their system. I had to come back the next day. The manager offered apologies and took 10% off our appointments, contacts and glasses. More business need to follow this example.

I have twice enjoyed everything except for the receptionist. If they could/would re-educate her or replace her, the experience would deserve a five star rating. My complements to the rest of the staff.

The doctor was very nice and professional. No complaints there. What was extremely irritating was the lack of communication throughout the entire visit. I was quoted one price over the phone and after the exam was done the price MORE then doubled. I argued the point with the manager that had given me the out of pocket price and she continued to tell me that she did in fact tell me that the price she quoted me was above the exam fee. This was NOT the way the conversation on the phone went. Now that the services were preformed I was forced to pay the amount that they claimed I was told about. I wouldve been much farther ahead paying for the exam out of my own pocket (not using my insurance benefits) through Walmart. I will never use there services nor recommend them to anyone.

The assistant I worked with was wonderful, very friendly and informative. I like that they have the latest eye diagnostic technology and are friendly. My Dr. answered all my questions and took the time to show and explain everything to me.

I had a short wait to begin my pre-exam. Nicole was super friendly and knowledgeable at what she does. She put me at total ease while taking the eye tests. I had a longer time waiting for the Doctor. It was over 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment that I was seen. However he was efficient and thorough in the exam. I didnt feel like he was rushing through a routine. Amanda was helpful. As well in going over my options and choices. Overall a really good eye appointment. Thank you.

The technician was polite, cheerful and efficient. Dr. Clanton is always thorough and excellent in examining and advising me about my eyes. I did not appreciate the clerk who pressured me to buy new glasses and new contacts even after I had made it clear I didnt want them.

They really dont seem to know how to adjust glasses, especially nose pieces. New management is definitely more about money. As for service, it is difficult to get them to honor warranty. Theyd rather have you wear glasses that you dont like, or that dont fit right.

My experience with 20/20 Image Eye Center in Glendale AZ was pleasant. The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr Thy Yath was excellent and very thorough, and I loved the high tech Optomap Imaging system which was well worth the extra charge.The only reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I was a bit uneasy with the other equipments. I would have loved to see disposable protective papers on the chin rests and witness the equipment being sanitized prior to the exam. Also the high price of prescription glasses took me by surprise. I was quoted $700 for a pair of progressive glasses - after insurance coverage which was not affordable for me.

The staff is always friendly, but they have had to send my glasses back to the lab 3 times now to get them right. I wanted to try progressive lenses and when they didnt work, they talked me into computer glasses which I said I have tried before and dont like. They made them anyway and of course they didnt work. I said just make regular bi-focals. When they got them back they were progressive lenses again. This will be the 4th time they have sent them to the lab. Had my vision test 2 months ago and still no glasses. They are trying to make me happy, but it is very frustrating!

Extremely slow service with new management. This is the second time I waited for months without a call that my glasses were in. Girls in office are very kind and Drs are great but will not be going back. New management made it more about money and less about service.

I brought my boys in for an exam and they really made them feel comfortable .The exam was prompt but very thorough.Best of all they didnt have to be dilated because they have an optos machine,that was very convenient since they had soccer practice after the appoinment .which meant I didnt have to compromise my activities and could follow through with daily routine.The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall excellent experience.

Dr. Yath took the time to build a connection with me. I asked questions based off of curiosity and what I’ve learned in school. I appreciate the extra provided time she took with me to chat.
