Some employees give you excellent customer service and should be commended and rewarded, others need to be re-trained or fired. I have to use Delta Drugs for new glaucoma eye drops in order to have a lower co-pay. They finally upgraded their phone system from the ugly mess they had at the beginning of August. Don’t bother leaving a message if you get transferred to voicemail after being on hold. They don’t call you back! You have to follow up on everything whether you place a new order or a refill. After several calls to get a status on my orders, I’ve been lucky enough to finally get an employee that actually cares and processes the request correctly. Be aware that if you don’t get a confirmation call to confirm your credit card billing or to set up delivery date then your order hasn’t been processed. They need someone to do quality control. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the stress of trying to get their medication.

Do not deal with these people for any medical needs. The gross negligence Ive been having to with when dealing with these people is daunting. One star is giving them much credit. Im warning other people, HAZARD ⚠ STAY AWAY.

Always on time and accommodating to personal changes in address or insurance. Been getting formula delivered from them for two years now and it just dawned in me how great they are. 5 stars.

The experience I have had over the last couple of years have been mixed. I have had to make all the calls to get my prescriptions sorted out (even though my doctor submitted them). I told them yesterday my son was out of formula (he is tube fed and unable to eat by mouth and has severe allergies, so has to have the particular formula he is on) I called, they told me its on back order, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. They were supposed to call me back last night, never did, even knowing I was on my last can, and with the weekend here, I am left with no options, no formula and no way of getting any for my son who has this as his ONLY source of . Nutrition. This is neglegent on their part and I WILL be calling my insurance and discussing with them what options we have. The formula he is on is not available in any stores and costs over 40.00 a can. They are disorganized, unprofessional and completely uncaring of the patients. They expect my son to just be okay not having any formula, and me having to give him only water? I am not happy with their negligence they are not in the business of helping people, but to get paid. No courtesy call to let us know the formula was unavailable etc. Unhappy is an understatement and I will be doing something about it, because my sons life, health and well being is my priority and these folks could care less if he has what he needs in order to strive.

Nobody care about your phone call.services is zero..when you call to ask about your medicines,they tell you we will call you back but nobody call untill you call again and this can be happen for several hours and days..completely disappointed.

The first few months my son was born service was great and deliveries were on time. Now he is 9 months and it is NEVER on time. The last 6 months I have had to call in to find out where the formula is. One time it was oops for some reason the packing slip didnt get printed one time it was we dont know why it didnt get put on the truck - its ready to go. This month I was told It is in the servicing department.... Ummm it is the 22nd - it should have been delivered the 20th. No reason for the unreliability - the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. EVERY SINGLE time I call I am told someone will call me back. ONE lady actually called me back other than that I never receive a call back. It is ridiculous!!

All of them need to be fired, none of them know what is going on. Have been waiting on formula for months. Was told it would be here today by 8pm and of course it is not here! Been spending hundreds on formula that we cannot afford! Sad part is they are billing our insurance for formula we are not receiving.
