They canceled my appointment 3 times in a row saying an emergency happened to Dr Mesrobian everytime and try to give me another appointment for 2 months later. So unprofessional.

Today was my first time at Heartbeat Cardiovascular and I was very nervous because I had an abnormal EKG at my primary physician office. The assistant there was so kind and made me feel comfortable. And then Dr. Sharma came in and was so kind and knowledgeable and supportive! He took time and addressed all my concerns. This is the most efficient and personable offices that I have ever been a patient!

I was very impressed with the service, professionalism and efficiency of this place. I had to have a rush appointment for a sonogram due to upcoming surgery. They worked with me to get me in in the time I needed. Then the day of the appointment there was a problem because their technician had left due to an emergency, but they called him back to do my procedure. The place is immaculate and the staff polite and helpful. Truly a 5 star experience!

Balkan is an excellent physician but the medical bed paper lining his office is using was wrinkled and there was dirty hairs left from preceding patients. His staff either intentionally or forgetfully does not change paper on the bed. Also, it seems like there is no ventilation in the office, although they keep me wait for 20 minutes in COVID-19 pandemic days.

I am really glad to have the opportunity to meet the staff from Heartbeat Cardiivascular Doctor in Glendale. They are a great team working together to help people like me with a heart condition. A year ago I had a valves replacement because one of my valves were failing down and was affecting my hearts condition. I had a hearts operation last January 2020 and the cardioligist followed up on me since then. I was taking 5 different medications to help my heart to work better. But my surprise was that after 1 year and 2 months the cardiologist dropped my medications only to 2 medications plus the aspirine. The cardiogram and untrasone showed that my heart is strong now, and my pression is pretty good. I really recommend this hearts specialists in Glendale infront of Verdugos hospital.I feel great like I have a new motor for my heart. Excellent job, you deserve anA+.

I was amazed how quickly she completed the ekg and told her so.Dr. Khachatryan was likewise professional and pleasant. He took his time discussing the results of the ekg and answered all my questions.Very pleased with the appointment, and want to include the front office staff as well.

THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED AND THE DATE WAS 09/09/20 THINGS SURE DO CHANGE FAST WHEN YOU DO IT YOURSELF! I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY INSURANCE REFERRAL DEPT. WHO INFORMED ME THAT A REFERRAL WAS NOT EVEN SUBMITTED UNTIL THE 14TH AND IT WAS AT THE END OF THE DAY. THATS 4 BUSINESS DAYS WASTED AND BEFORE YOU USE COVID-19 AS A EXCUSE DONT. ITS VERY HARD TO FIND OUT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU! HAVING THE NEWS THAT ITS YOUR HEART ITS IS SO MUCH WORSE!! THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO HEAR IS IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 6 DAYS BEFORE ANYTHING WAS EVEN SUBMITTED! PURE LAZINESS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Doctor Marawa were nice and knowledgeable but office is very busy to many patients sometimes he doesn’t spend enough time with patients (my personal opinion) another issue it’s even you have appointment you still need to wait minimum one hour sometimes two.Other then that all is good wish you health to everyone :)

Stay away from this place, I knew more than the physician in there, asked him dozen questions, he just looked at me and smiled. told him I just had an EKG exam with my primary physician, after 2 hours wait, they gave me a EKG exam, and told me to come back 8 month later. if anyone is from their own ethnicity in the waiting room, the must go in before you. people who are giving 4 stars to this place, are the same one who pile up toilet paper sending rummer, is end of the world so buy as much as you can.

Office staff are friendly and polite but mostly I like my Doctor, Sharma. He is awesome, professional and friendly at the same time. Few years ago, he did angiogram on my mum, and he did everything in his power to prevent open heart surgery. I am truly thankful for that.

We absolutely LOVE this medical office, staff and above all, Dr. Sanjay Sharma. He is the sweetest, most thoughtful, kind and caring doctor we have met. He is a true gentleman and a scholar. We only wish he could also be our primary physician and not just our cardiologist. We met Karen (who is now at the front desk) at the Broadway office and we couldnt be happier seeing that she was transferred to the La Cañada location. Everyone there has been very nice and helpful. If we could give this place more than 5 stars, we would.
