Best doctor ever been seeing her since I was born and I am now 21 and If she tells you , your baby needs his or her shots you should get them !

If I could put a zero I so would. This Dr is worthless. Ive been better off in the ER and Urgent Care. They care and cared better for my girls. Its always a problem to have even a follow up! I can go on and on. But all I can say is that its not worth it here, thats for sure.

The doctor seems to always be in a rush and is sometimes sarcastic when you ask her questions. When you talk to her she doesnt seem to be listening she just says uh huh uh huh. Yesterday was my daughters 4 month check up, keep in mind no one had previously told us she would be receiving more shots. (I like to be prepared.) when I told her I didnt want her to receive her shots today she got offended and kept saying she didnt understand why and that she hopes my baby doesnt get sick repeatedly. I told her at least 3 times SHE IS NOT GETTING HER SHOTS. She made me sign papers and annoyingly said okay see you in 2 months bye MAMA never going back, last time I checked Im the mother.

I been wanting to change pediatricians for a while now... the attention at this office has been declining over time. I have 2 boys one is 6 & my youngest 1. I recently brought my one year old in because I thought he may had gotten into some play doh (which wasn’t the case he was actually constipated because I changed the type of milk) when I explained to her what he may have gotten into she automatically told us “well who’s watching your child that he’s getting into things?” first of all you never shame a parent for telling you the truth! God forbid I turn my back for 1 second he’s 1so of course these things can happen... I don’t know if she was having a bad day but they for sure overbook her, she’s always in a hurry & her attitude was the worst! I was ready to walk out of that exam room but I wanted to be informed of the things I may need to watch for & to be honest she didn’t tell me anything that I already didn’t know! The last 2 appts I had previously to this appt they call me to re-schedule because she wasn’t available.Never coming back!

The best pediatrician in town. Dr. Luna is very professional. She is thoughtful and very caring to her patients.

It seems the older the child gets the less interested Dr. LUna is. Shes on vacation FOR WEEKS the covering Dr. Only works some hours my child is in pain.. of course the ER is super busy decided to make a call to the office, I was told to either go to urgent care or just wait in the ER but that they were overbooked since the other covering dr is only working some hours.. mind you I have 4 kids that have been under Lunas care were talking about 17+ yrs yet the quality of care has slowly declined on Dr. And office the young ladies now doing their internship seem less interested in patient care with their stupid little attitude. Not the first time I get attitude over the phone or in the office, no I have not ever complained to office staff in regards to the young ones theyre only there for a few weeks so who cares right?!

She is not patience at all.she is always in rush,and if you have any question to her she cough you off very quick. In my neighborhood many parents had been complaining about her.And the staff manager who works there her attitude is very rude.

She is a caring doctor who will jump on the phone with you when you call. Thank you.

Very bad doctor all the time that I was attending was very angry 😡
