From the very first call you make to visit this clinic you realize you don’t want to be their patient. The receptionist put me on hold multiple times pretending he was trying to ask others if he can make an appointment for me, and after 20 minutes just hung up on me without making an appointment. Never called back even though he put down my phone number in the system.

Ridiculous waiting time. We’ve been waiting for 55 minutes after our appointment time

This surgeon is so great... he is very professional in every aspect and he took care of my wife leading a successful and comfortable surgery on her.... I recommend him highly for any surgery related to his scope of project I thank him so much and god bless him. K . Touma

Dr. Koutnouyan is wonderful. He is patient, thorough, explains everything. Office is clean and the staffs are very nice. You dont have to wait long for an appt either .

I have been trying to call and schedule an appointment. whoever is working the front desk keeps picking up and hanging up. um what? rude? It is a monday at 4:30 pm... Will go somewhere else now.

Tried making an appointment on Zocdoc and they canceled without giving me a heads up — no call, no email, no trying to reschedule. Had I not checked the app, I wouldn’t have known at all. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

Very dishonest, rude, unprofessional, not trying to really help patients instead money oriented. I had tonsillectomy done by him and now can’t swallow very well. Would not recommend him.

This doctor is the very rude and unprofessional. His office staff is unprofessional too. As soon as you enter their office all they care is your insurance and copays. He could not understand my problem, talked very rudely and showed attitude. I am surprised this type of rude people get their licenses by Board. They garnished out so much money from my insurance. He supposed to call me but almost 2 months I have never received any call from him. Do not go to his office, there are better ENT Professionals in LA.

I found this Clinic through google search. I was nicely surprised how I was admitted to see the the Physiias in a timeley manner, very good staff me,bers. Dr Hariri himself was professional, addressed my problems right to the point and explained with simple details my symptoms.I will definitely go back.
