This office is full of incompetent fools. No one answers your calls, so you are on hold for hours. Then, when they finally answer, the people are laughing and talking on the other end. If you have any questions, expect them not to know the answer. These people do not care about any of their patients. All the good doctors left to other practices. Will be switching practices soon.

I cannot reach anyone, either the nurse or the front desk, after numerous tries. They just play an endless loop saying how important the call is, but they never answer.Optum took over this wonderful practice in January of this year and has ruined it with big corporation carelessness. I got a letter saying the main doctor, Cornell, who started the practice, is leaving. Im not surprised. I asked for a call back from the doctor a week or two ago. They probably never even let him know.

Not the best. Their automated phone system is terrible, you basically either get caught in a loop or you cannot leave a message. NO ONE is actually interested in helping you.Ive been trying to reach a live human for over an hour with no response and I dont feel like leaving this review gets me anywhere but I am frustrated that my entire day is being held up because I need to talk to a doctor but NO ONE HERE IS ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN HELPING ANYONE.

Some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. I take my disabled mom to this PP office. Sometimes it’s Dr. Sawiris and sometimes it’s Dr. Duncan. They are so sweet, attentive, patient and go the extra mile to treat my mom’s ailments.

Absolutely Horrible... had an appointment on the 28th of Dec with Dr. Chig for stomach pains. She referred me to a lab for a blood panel. Got an appoint on Jan 7th, got there but no order had been sent for me which she promised to send on the 28th. Come to find out they changed labs without informing me by text, email, or phone.. Their response was, “sorry you’ll have to just make a new appointment.” AFTER already waiting over a week for the first appointment. They finally agreed to do my blood panel at their office instead of a lab due to their own negligence that day. It’s now Jan 15th and I’m still am having stomach pain, no blood results, no follow up, nothing. Good luck pulling teeth for anyone that cares about their patients here.

I love this place. Nurse doing good job and responsible. DOCTOR grossman she is great and care.

My family and I have been patients here for 20 years and highly recommend the doctors and staff at Descanso Family Practice. Our favorite doctors are Dr. Marcus and Dr. Sawiris, and do not have any negative comments. Just keep in mind that just like everywhere else, you may have long waits, but that’s because the patient(s) before you are being given the same attention you expect to get and not being rushed through.

My brother who is insulin dependent diabetic,Has been seen by Dr. Arpee Yeretzian and physician Assistant, Ms. Araxya Kupelian for several years now. We have been very happy with the level of care we have received and the professionalism of the office staff. They have always been very accommodating.

Absolutely terrible service. Refuse to leave notes for your doctor. Refuse to call back and i have been hung up on several times over urgent matters because they dont actually care for the patient or the child and dont want to listen to the complaints about their office ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SEVICE, STAFF AND DOCTORS. My daughter was due for 3 shots. They misread her immunization and almost gave her 5. THANK GOD I CAN READ A CHART. Instead of the nurse listening to wait and let my daughter breathe in between shots she grabbed her arm forcefully and poked her again. Asked if I could leave a note for my doctor to call me back and was told the doctor wont recieve any messages I have no way to transfer that information. And she works for the office that the doctors are in. They also never updated my daughters immunization record. And Ive called several times in regards to it with either no answer or no return call.Dont bother leaving a message for the on call nurse or doctor either. They have never called back. I will be switching offices after I go down there to solve this immunization matter. Absolutely horrible doctors office. Dont waste your time with them. Go somewhere where they care for their patients and actually care.
