I recently bought this mouth guard due to day grinding. The guard was very comfortable until it got thrown away by mistake. I only had it for a about 2 weeks. First of all the customer service is phenomenal. My first mold was misplaced somehow and they sent me a new one free of charge. The responded to my emails right away and were really great about the whole process. I received my mold and it fits perfectly. Its not uncomfortable to wear and it stayed in place all night long.

Forget it, the prices are outstanding, compared to my Manhattan, NYC dentist ($600). Im like a Pitbull jaw teeth grinder, and the one I had from the dentist in NYC, only lasted less than 2 years, and they didnt give me a warranty.

The process to send the teeth impression was easy. The guard fit perfectly without a discomfort. My dog unfortunately found it and broke it to pieces. I originally ordered a guard that was too bulky for my preference, and the customer service team replaced that one with a 2mm at no charge. Very helpful, and this one is much better for me. It has some very slightly sharp edges that can be mildly irritating at times, but I think its hard to find something perfect. I appreciate customer service working with me to get it right in any event.

I was very hesitant to order a custom night guard through the mail. I was pleased there was a selection from which to choose to suit my needs instead of my dentist choosing one for me & charging $600. Loved the guards are BPA etc. free. First guard I ordered with a front cut. Very comfortable! (I did order a second one) I needed a slight adjustment and am very satisfied. I ordered a mouth guard because my dentist had been telling me to for years. The kit to make the impressions came quickly and I sent them back. My mouth guard arrived fast, but I accidentally melted it while trying to mold it a little tighter. I sent an email and they sent me a free replacement kit. Flash forward a couple of months and I remembered that I had it after going to the dentist again and them reminding me I needed to purchase the dentist’s mouth guard that was $899. So, I completed my kit again and sent it back. This mouth guard was amazing. I took it to a hotel and lost it during a family emergency, but somehow they still had my mold. I ordered 2 this time, so if I lose one I will have a replacement. This mouth guard is awesome and I don’t to be without it again.

The service was incredible!! I ordered the mold in January and it took me EIGHT months to send it in and it was like they never missed a beat. I was actually nervous that they would say sorry...too late. But no! I sent it in and there was no fuss at all. I got my guards in about 5 days!! So the turnaround was super fast as well. I am very grateful. AND I LOVE them!!! They fit my teeth perfectly -- but I guess that would be thanks to me for providing such a great mold ;-) -- but seriously the fit was perfect. Ordered: 1mm soft night guard.Very comfortable and fits snug around my teeth. Not bulky. First one lasted over a year. I grind my teeth a lot at night and managed to grind a couple small holes in it. Was still in good shape, but I didn’t use the guard cleaner often enough so starting fresh and will do it more often now.Ordering both upper and lower this time and paying to keep my dental impressions for easier ordering in the future. I hate making impressions. It’s easy and fast, but makes me gag so glad to not be doing it again for 5 years. Worth it!Customer service is great and fast. Better choice than spending $450+ at the dentist. No idea why insurance won’t cover these things.Highly recommend!

I was very skeptical about purchasing this as I had once before purchased a similar product from a different source and it turned out to be a money scam! NOT THIS COMPANY 🤩 Sparkling White Smiles Is legit! I waited an entire year before purchasing, I seen the website was still up and running and no negative reviews were to be found. They also have another website however, it’s the same and both are listed under the Better Business Bureau belonging to the same company. I decided That a year of hemming it over was enough as I needed the retainers badly and my dentist would have charged a lot more $ for them! I ordered the retainer set- the worst that could happen is I would have to get my payment back somehow if this was not legit, right?Everything came in the mail very quickly within a few days. It all looked professional and legit. It contained pre paid return labels with tracking, compounds in little containers and two impression trays-what a great start. I messed up the trays by using a bottom for an upper impress which lead me to customer service and they responded within an hour-no harm done yay they told me how to proceed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I finished the impressions mailed it off and received a WONDERFUL SET OF RETAINERS which were a PERFECT FIT oh my gosh I couldn’t believe the retainers are this price and theyre the same as the dentist office minus the appointment fee and the whole cost! “Hi, this will be a review and a little coaching. First off, customer experience/communications were excellent. Mail/turn around times were very good, turn around after I sent back the impression was lightning! The fit of the guard was PERFECT!! I went for the 2mm soft and its exactly what I hoped it would be! It may have morphed me from a grinder to a clincher in a way I had not expected. It actually discourages grinding, and, encourages clinching. I cant explain why it works that way in my brain, for me, but, it does and its become a security blanket which I never could have imagined. I was always afraid of sleeping with something in my mouth, but, in the last six months I have had two cracks ground out and two fillings replaced. The dentist office wanted 500$ for a guard, so, I went on line, the rest is history. Lastly, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE with the tray and follow directions (they are pretty easy and specific) when you make your impression. I was out of town when I broke my nightguard. My dentist was back home so I made a DIY from the drug store while I ordered one of these. The impression is easy. Whole process took about 3 weeks. I ordered the recommended one, which is fairly soft. It fits perfect, very comfortable. Now that I have confidence that it will fit properly, I am ordering a hard version. They hold on to your impression for a few weeks so you can order additional guards without starting from scratch.

Well, where do I begin. I was in need of a new bite guard, as my old one finally gave up the ghost. My Dentist wanted $700,00 buck for a replacement. Super fast. Super responsive. Process took less than 2 weeks, including shipping three times. Was very nervous about trying, but it was so much cheaper than going through the dentist. I have never had a night guard to compare it to but it seems to fit, is smaller than I anticipated (a good thing), and matches my teeth.

I love my new night guard. Its super comfortable and fits perfectly. After a of couple nights, I am already sleeping better with less pain in my teeth and jaw. It did take a bit longer than expected because of COVID affecting shipping times but customer service was very responsive and provided me with an update and tracking information for my order.

I am really impressed with this night guard. I have had my previous one my dentist made me for about 10 years and it was getting holes in it and I knew it was time to replace it.I started out with my dentist and had a really bad experience. They were going to charge me $300 and that was after insurance kicked in. They had to take these horrible disgusting impressions. And then send it off to a lab, who managed to screw it up three different times. And I had to keep on going back and getting these impressions. First they made me a top when I wanted to bottom, then they made it ultra super hard and it didn’t even fit. They had to keep on shaving it down to try to get it to fit and it didnt work. And on the third attempt they actually dropped my impressions told me I would have to take new ones. I said no. Then I contacted other dentists and they are also busy they couldn’t even get me in. So I was out of luck.Then I turned to Amazon and found this TeethNightGuard. I was really skeptical about it at first, because I couldn’t imagine how this could actually work. But I was desperate. The night guard lasts longer (over 6 months nows) than the night guard from my dentist (less than 2 months). The night guard is very sturdy and comfortable. I have a small mouth and the first two trays were too big and I couldn’t make an impression. I emailed sales and they immediately sent out two smaller trays and new clay. Once I sent in the impression, my guard was made and I received it within a week. They have a great product and great service.

I’ve worn dentist provided night guards for over 25 years and my teeth would have been destroyed by clenching and grinding without the nightly use of a night guard. I have 100% conviction that the TuffBrux (4mm) is the best AND most cost effective night guard I have ever used!The impression process is easy and less awful than at the dentist office since you are in control and know exactly how much longer that thing needs to be in your mouth. I recommend a paper towel to mop up the drool because swallowing is a challenge for me during an impression. The guard fits beautifully and is comfortable to wear. Customer Service took excellent care of me and recommended the right product for my clenching.

I contacted Joe by email and OH MY GOSH, he was so patient and helpful and truly went the extra mile to help me until my mouth guard was perfect! I cant imagine better service and I certainly cant imagine a higher quality mouth guard at super affordable prices anywhere else but at Sparkling White Smiles!! Thanks again Joe.....you are AWESOME!!
