Our experience at Smile Explorers could not have been better. All of my young children were seen for a routine examination and cleaning on the same day, which is something most other offices will not allow. We were taken back right away upon arrival. The facilities are nice, clean, and kid friendly! My kids loved laying on the surf board examination tables while watching a show during the cleaning. The staff is extremely friendly and works hard to make sure the kids are comfortable and really love coming to the dentist. The dentist communicated clearly with me about what he observed and anticipated in the future and took the time to compliment the kids on what he noticed they had been doing well. I would definitely recommend this office based on our experience.

Really amazing set up. My son loved all the things to look at. But the real prize is the staff. They were kind and caring to him and me. They called us back on time, we didnt wait long for the DDS to come in, and he made is quick and painless for my son. And during his apt I was watching the support staff, clearly very knowledgeable and in complete sync with the dds.Cant say enough good things about our first visit there.

Sweetest staff and Dr. Dave! My 1 year old son had oral sedation for a filling on his front tooth. Dr. Dave was very informative and sweet to my son. This place has a welcoming atmosphere to those kids that probably don’t like visiting the dentist. Dr. Dave also took the time to follow up a few hours later the same day we had our appointment to see how we were doing.I would recommend this place to anyone with kids!

I brought my 2 toddlers here for their 1st dentist appointment today and the staff, including the Dr were so so kind. My experience from beginning to end was amazing!!!!! They are fast, flexible, and paper work was so simple. I love the fact that they where crocs and we were even able to pick out some cute charms at the end of their visit! Thank you guys so much!!!

I really like Dr. Dave (pronounced Dahveh). I appreciate professionals who are detailed in their explanations and he is one like that. I took two teens who like to be more independent. One has some issues that can be fixed with flossing and Dr. Dave was willing to talk right to her. Unfortunately, even though we were early, the hygienist called us back late for my second daughters appointment and we were late to pick up other kids from school. Dr. Dave apologized and said he would look into why that happened.

We brought our 4 year old for her first dentist appointment this past week. What a fantastic experience! Every aspect from scheduling, check in, x-rays, cleaning and the doctor was superior!My daughter did fantastic and the environment created by Explorers helps to promote such a positive experience.I can’t recommend this office enough. My daughter came home and said that was “the best doctors office ever!”She also wants to brush her teeth now constantly:)

My 4 and 2 year old really enjoyed their visit. My 4 year old has been going to the dentist since birth( she was born with a tooth) and has always hated the dentist. I can’t thank Dr. Davie and Rosy enough for taking such great care of my son. We were in need of an emergent appointment in the middle of the ongoing pandemic and I was so worried. Dr. Davie and Rosy got my son scheduled immediately, provided instructions for precautions we would all take to keep everyone safe, and provided incredible care to my son. I went into the office at a 10 (the rate of my level of stress, uncertainty, and emotional mess.) I left the office at a 2 (only because he’s my baby and still had healing to do.) My son is a regular patient of Smile Explorers so naturally he was excited to see Dr. Davie and visit the office. Despite the whole ordeal, my son handled the procedure perfectly and is healing great. Dr. Davie has answered every question I have had before, during, and after the procedure. Having a child is like having your heart running around on little legs and when mine was hurt, Dr. Davie was there to help mend him. Thank you again!Update: My son was working on a project which included what he wants to be when he grows up and he wants to be a dentist for kids. I was so worried about his injury being a traumatic experience but thanks toDr. Davie it was a powerful, positive, influential experience. 💕

My 2.5 year old has been to a different dentist and she did way better at smile explorers. I could tell a difference right away she was more comfortable in the office. She was very excited to get a prize to hold during the exam. We will for sure be going back in 6 months and Im very happy with the visit.

Hands down, best pediatric dentist I have ever met! The patience and compassion Dr. Dave shows his patient’s (and parents) is amazing. It is an overall great experience from walking in to a kind front office greeting to a guaranteed concert from Dr. Dave and his assistants! My son loves the singalongs but the balloons and prizes are always the thing he looks forward to the most! I will never take my kids to another dentist.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! I brought my 7 month old here to have a few teeth evaluated.The establishment is one of the cleanest I have seen. They take covid precautions very serious to protect you and your child. The front office is so accommodating, the dental assistants are so kind and caring, and Dr. Dave is the absolute best, he made my little one as comfortable as he could. Definitely the only dentist I will be trusting to care for my sons dental needs. I would 100000% recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Absolutely wonderful staff. It was my first pediatric appointment with our 18 month old and it could not have gone better! Clean and open front waiting area, I love the open dental area that has surfboards as the dental chairs. So cute and the doctor was very warm and knowledgeable. This dentist office and the staff are truly amazing! I was nervous going in because it was my son’s first dentist appointment but the dentist and his assistant made me and my son feel so comfortable. They give back very important and knowledgeable feedback, took their time with us and even sang a couple songs. My son didn’t want to leave the office which made me happy I found a great dentistry for him.

They really have the social distancing protocols down. The dental assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She really made us feel comfortable which set the tone for my daughters first appointment. Dr. Dave was so welcoming. He even sang to my 1 year old as he checked and cleaned her teeth. He also clearly explained to me how her teeth were, what I needed to do, and what to expect in the future. I just loved how he and his assistant treated my daughter and I. The visit did not feel rushed. They gave us a lot of their time, answered all questions thoroughly, very knowledgeable and were amazing with my kids. They were professional, friendly and the office is really cool with how they decorated and painted the walls. They honestly make going to the dentist with two toddlers the best experience it could possibly be. Even my boys had a great time, who can say their kid had fun at the dentist? But seriously, my kids had fun. They even made balloon swords which was really cool, my son spent the rest of the day carrying them around with him! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but considering how friendly their staff is and how much they go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, this is the least I could do. If this is the type of amazing service they provide each visit, we definitely won’t be going anywhere else! I will recommend them any chance I get, they truly are that awesome!

My two year old is terrified of new experiences, so I was nervous about how our appointment would go. But from the moment we walked in, we both felt at ease. Starting with the girls at the front AMAZING so sweet, have such great customer service, are great at answering questions And explaining insurance info and payment plans. Ms Rosie is absolutely amazing at what she does and Dr. Dave has some of the best bedside manner I’ve seen to date. Not only is he fantastic with the kiddos but just as great with the parents. You can really tell Dr. Dave and his staff truly care. Taking time to explain things thoroughly, encouraging second opinions, checking up on the kiddos personally after procedures, and all the fun he’s put into this place. This place is sparkling clean and each room has a fun theme. If you are getting a procedure done they have made this place a very comfortable experience while your waiting for both the kiddos and the parents. Great job smile explorers. I have taken both of my toddlers here. As a mom with two kids who HATE it when I brush their teeth, my experience here as been amazing. The entire staff is welcoming and kind. Each time they have been beyond kind to my children. They walk them through every step to help them feel comfortable. They also encourage the kids during the appointment to help them like the experience. Dr. Dave is wonderful, and explains everything to the parents.I will only take my children here. I highly suggest this clinic for your children, especially the really little ones.

This dentistry is amazing! The staff were all so nice and very welcoming to my children. My kids laughed and loved seeing the dentist! My youngest son was a little nervous but they never pushed him to do anything if he didnt want to but they still explained everything to him and made him feel comfortable there! I could not be happier! This is a phenomenal facility with an INCREDIBLE staff and Dr. Dave is the most patient, and kind person. My son was nervous for his second visit after having his blood drawn at the doctors just a few days prior and to put it plainly, not a great patient. However, Dr. Dave is so gentle and reassuring I really wish this is the experience I had with my dentists growing up. The gals upfront are just incredible as well! Their standard for care is out of this world!

I needed a dentist that was extra caring and careful due to being 8 months pregnant, and also because of my previous horrific dental experience. I chose Smile Explorers, and I’m more than happy that I did. Dr. Dave & his assistant Rosie, are amazing. Really, the entire office is! Even the receptionist! They have taken care of all of my dental needs, been more than willing to answer any/every question I have, and have been so patient. They even propped me up with pillows, finished filling my cavities in under an hour, and sent me on my way. It was painless and actually a pleasant dental experience. I will be bringing my son to this practice once he is here. I would recommend 10000%. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

What an absolutely wonderful experience!

My daughter said that everyone was friendly and the office looks so cool!! The staff was very helpful with explaining procedures and showing to us where the problem is and how to prevent it ( if possible next time)😇...We just had another visit this week and, still the same professionalism and outstanding service by all of the staff!! THEY WERE TERRIBLE!!!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD WITH KIDS. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT EVEN LIKE KIDS. WHEN I CALLED AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT I ASKED THEM IF THERE ACCEPTED CLIENTS WITH NO HEALTH INSURANCE. THEY SAID YES. THEN WHEN WE GOT THERE THE DENTAL ASSISTANT ASKED IF WE WERE GETTING INSURANCE ANYTIME SOON. I SAID NO. THE ASSISTANT AND THE LADY DOCTOR ROLLED THEIR EYES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. NOT TO MENTION THEY LEFT US SIT IN THE BACK FOR WELL OVER A HALF AN HOUR. JUST TO SCHEDULE OUR NEXT APPOINTMENT, TO TELL US THEY CANT DO ANY SURGERIES TILL NEXT YEAR! MEANWHILE MY SON HAS A HOLE IN HIS TOOTH AND CANT CHEW ON THAT SIDE. BUT HE IS SUPPOSED TO WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR FOR THE DOCTOR TO PULL IT! THEY ARE THE WORST! TAKE YOUR KIDS TO DESSERT VALLEY PEDIATRICS.

First dentist visit ever for my daughter. They got recommended to me and even with COVID19 going on their guidelines made it easy and everything was clean. You didn’t come into contact with other patients and everyone was so sweet that worked there! They kept saying cute my girl was. And the dentist made it quick and even in the short cleaning time informed me of any concerns and what to do. My daughter cried and he sang to calm her down and it actually worked a little bit! She got a rubber ducky and was so happy! I was so nervous about her first dentist appointment and i definitely had no reason to be nervous they were amazing!

I’m completely obsessed with Smile Explorers. As a first time mom of a one year old, we’ve been to Smile Explorers twice and it’s been a positive experience both times. From the front office staff to the dentist himself, we are in love. The atmosphere is totally kid-centered. My one year old is terrified of the doctors office but isn’t afraid to dance and greet everyone when we come to Smile Explorers. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for your child.

This place is great they treat you like family, we took my daughter here and she liked the airplane in the lobby very much. She also loved all the painted animals on the walls. The dentist there has great experience with kids. Plus they give your child a token so they can use it buy a item in a small bulk vending machine before they leave the office. How awesome is that. Well my baby Ezekiel had another follow up here and I must say I love them!!! They were just amazing!! Very informative and interactive. They are very patient too because my little one fights it sometimes but they sure make it pleasant for me! I even drive 20 miles or so just to see them because I moved. I would totally recommend this place to anybody who has little ones!! Thanks you all there who make that place so welcoming! I hope I can continue to make that drive there

I really loved this place. Dr. Dave was really patient with my sister, he was so sweet with her. He knows his stuff. The assistant was kinda rough on her and it looked like she was new to the practice but overall we had such a great experience. The staff were really nice giving us such a warm welcoming to the practice, and I’ve worked for several pediatric office none like this one. I really recommend it!!

Smile Explorers by far exceeded my expectations. From the inviting lobby with a plane, yes a plane! My boy loved it... he had a smile from ear to ear. To add to my childs dental experience Dr. Daves greeting was perfect. Its hard to explain, but all I can say is that my child gravitated to him as if they were old buddies.
