I am one who is afraid of the dentist and push it off as much as I can. I will say Dr. Grover and his team are amazing! I called and got an appointment in the same day; AND they were able to take care of what I needed to get done so I didn’t have to come back again. Dr. Grover was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. He made me feel safe and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone especially if you don’t like the dentist.

Dr. Grover is such an amazing doctor. He listens and makes sure your experience at the dentist is the best one. Dr. Grover also took great care of me. I was worried about pain getting my tooth pulled but with him he made sure I didnt have any pain during the procedure and after. He takes great care of his patients. I had a visit here not knowing what to expect. The entire staff and team are really amazing. So affordable and they are having a amazing black Friday deal so if you need dental treatment now is the time to get it done. I had some broken fillings to replace and the Dentist was so gentle I didnt feel any discomfort. I am so grateful to have found Risas Dental Im a forever a patient.

I see my regular dentist in Michigan and am in town for the next few months. One of my invisalign attachments came off and Dr.Loop saw me for a consultation to see how he might be able to help and was able to fit me in to his schedule same day! The office was extremely clean and staff was so friendly. Very impressed, would recommend!

Dr Loop, is awesome. He straightened my teeth and got rid of a gap that had developed between my upper front teeth. Dr Reidhead is also such a great dentist as well!

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, and I found the staff at this location, especially my dentist, Dr. Troy Slade (greatest name ever!) to really be super-friendly, and they all did their best to make the process of a root canal less stressful for me. I am very happy that I chose Risas for my overdue dental work. I actually have very little anxiety about future visits, and that has never happened to me before. This staff is really good at what they do, and they are also good people. I cant recommend them any more highly.

I received a dental cleaning from Alfredo and was examined by Dr. Woodruff, both were extremely helpful with my inquiries about braces. Also, the staff here is really nice and cheerful and the office was clean.

I got my braces here, and I can say so far that this place is really good. The braces are cheap to get during the black Friday sale and the brace check ups are fast, easy, and relatively painless and you can quickly schedule a new appointment.

Waiting a while to post but Im upset its official. When this place pulled my tooth they did a sloppy job and left my new crown behind it exposed on the side and now my crowned tooth hurts and cold water bothers it. Like he cut too far on my gums and exposed the gum lining around crown. I should of just paid the expensive amount at my own dentist. Im very sad and disappointed. Hopefully my crown can be helped. It was expensive. Not going back here

Awesome place to get your braces. Dr. Loop is a great orthodontist that cares for the well being of your teeth and makes sure that your smile is perfect. Amazing location with amazing and friendly staff. No one in the valley would remove brackets from my braces for less then 400 but Risas did it free of charge with a great attitude. I will be returning to this location and would most definitely recommend to friends and family.

So grateful for Risas Dental! My permanent retainer broke and was causing me a lot of pain. The orthodontist office that put it in couldn’t do anything for me for 4 days. Risas got me an appointment 1.5 hours after I called, even as a new patient. The staff was so nice and Dr Loop was great! I would definitely recommend them!

Today I walked in as I was told by a scheduler emergency’s can be done on walk ins without an apt . As long as there before 4 , I knew from beginning that I might have to wait as I also work in medical field and know when patients arrive for walk ins obviously patient will be worked in so I checked in with front desk and was advised there’s a wait between 1-2 hrs . I was ok I waited patiently due to the fact that they tell you if you leave you risk loosing your spot if your not in the lobby in the next 5mins so I waited inside . 2 hrs pass I asked the girl working the front how much longer I would have to wait she told me she would ask when she came back she told me I had to wait another 30mins up to 1hr and even than she wasn’t sure I’m in pain sitting in lobby I obviously got upset if I knew from begging how long the time would actually be I would’ve gone somewhere else since the begging and not waisted all my morning there . I left upset I went to Somos Dental on 67th and camelback seen and treated in less than 1:30 mins I will definitely not Be coming to this place for an emergency ever again !

This is the best dental place I have been to ever in my life. Everyone is so friendly, curious, and kind. They are upfront and honest about everything. They dont try to get you to do anything that you dont need. Im so glad I found this place. I will keep going here as well as my kids. Overall a wonderful experience. When I had called a referred location by my dentist office, and spoke with the clerk of cost and fees. Due to I didnt have insurance and paying out of my pocket. The price was to high. I almost lost hope. I was in so much pain. I Google Risas Dental. I didnt hesitate to call. It was the best call. I was able to get an appointment same day. Operator was very friendly. The best part was Risas Dental was able to help me finance my dental work. And procedure was done same day. A five start rating is not enough. They went above and beyond with their service.

As a kid I was always really insecure about my teeth, specifically my front tooth that had a big yellow stain on it. Everyone joked & called it my butter tooth lol. I always asked around different dentists and they all told me I needed expensive bleaching done. So after a while I went for a check up on my teeth & Dr.Slade told me that he could fix it in that same moment. My butter tooth is gone 🥺 I got my braces on there as well & my teeth have improved so much in the last 4 months alone. Huge shoutout to Francisco Lopez for always taking care of my questions & treating me like a queen 👸🏻 you guys are awesome!

The dentist and orthodontist make every experience fast, easy, and comfortable. There’s times when I have gone in 30-40 minutes before my appointment and they always take me in. Dr. Loop was absolutely Amazing from beginning to end. He ensured we were well informed & answered any questions we may have had thoroughly. The Dental Assistants were just as thorough & pleasant to communicate with. Never again. Ever. I came in as an emergency walk in because my crown came off. They didnt do the original work, but they are close, the chick was nice when I called and said no wait and I wanted to give them another shot (first experience here was awful, staff was rude and didnt even listen to me apparently because my chart had my medical background incorrect). I get a sitter and go up. Gal says wait in your car and well call you in. Ok. Never asked if my car even had air, if i was dropped off or if I even had water. Ok...my problem not theirs. I wait outside when its 118 for 2 hours and got attitude when I asked how much longer. With a guff about my race which I heard even through the mask. That was pleasant, but again whatever. Shes just 1 person maybe having a bad day and maybe I sound short because my mouth hurts. After 2 1/2 hours they call me in. Never asked if I wanted an x ray (I found out later that was because my chart said I was 5 month pregnant. Tech didnt pay attention to the year being 2019 and since Im fat the assumption was i was pregnant) and since I dont like the dentist and dont usually go I went where I was told. Dentist comes in and looks at my tooth and crown and says its fine and hell reglue it no problem and when I mention it hurts he says its normal. Gal comes in and grabs my crown to clean it while dentist preps my tooth. When she comes back she doesnt have a glove on just holding one and that hand is the one holding my crown. I SHOULD have said so many things by this point. Doc glues it on, she cleans it up and i pay my 94 and leave. That was a Wednesday. By Friday I couldnt even bite down and jaw and neck were swelling. I call these people AGAIN because they are indeed cheaper and I dont have insurance and I assume they will work to get me in faster. Ha. Nope. Told to walk in (meaning wait in the heat for an unknown amount of time)or schedule an appointment...for mid September. Unreal. I call another place and walk in only. Waited 15 minutes INSIDE. The infection that the last dude missed or caused or who knows was so bad I lost the tooth and ended up being out another $300+. Never again.

This is the best ortho you’re going to find I have met so many here in Arizona and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor I’m so grateful to have gone to 59 th ave and Bethany home road this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had I actually enjoyed going to my monthly appointments the doctor and staff were always so patient with me thanks regards,Shazel

This place is awesome. My whole experience with my braces was nothing but great. Braces are reasonably priced and they offer payment plans which makes things easier. Dr. Loop is so kind and professional. He definitely will take his time to answer whatever question you have. I couldnt have asked for a better team. Im glad I decided to get my braces through them. First,I was provided an incorrect email to contact the orthodontist, Dr.J. Loop.Id like to file a formal complaint because of a recent visit at the El Mirage, AZ location, April 17, 2020 at 9:00AM.I am a patient at this location and have now made three separate requests to have the orthodontist Dr. Loop contact me. I have yet to receive a call or email. Today was provided an incorrect email.This morning I went into the office to have a wire that was cutting my cheek, cut. I also requested to have my bands replaced given that they are discolored and I am completing presentations and webinars. This is directly impacting my appearance and day to day tasks as an essential employee. Nancy, the dental assistant was extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Rather than calling me back to a room, she attempted to lean over the receptionist counter and cut a wire in the back of my mouth. Thankfully the receptionist asked if I was comfortable, in which I stated no, I’d prefer to go into a room. When we finally moved to a room because I felt uncomfortable performing dental work in the lobby, especially during a pandemic. Nancy continued to be rude and unhelpful, complaining that it would literally take two seconds so we didn’t need a room. Who says that?? I left the office with a sharp wire still hurting my mouth.Id like to now have my braces removed and no longer feel comfortable at this office. Please provide instructions for me to file a formal complaint, and I’d also like a call back as soon as possible.Thank you,

Ever since I was little I have been terrified to go to the dentist. I recently went last month to get my braces, I was really nervous but I am so happy I came to this location I LOVE it there! Workers are so kind and outgoing. Everything is professional, they make you feel comfortable, prices are affordable, everything is great in every possible way. Dr. Ryan and the dental assistant Jess are so amazing, they are so friendly I cannot express that enough! I felt so welcomed from the very first day and now I just look forward to my dentist appointments because of the positive energy these people make you feel. I recommend this place 100%!! I had a really bad experience at this place. I have a private insurance which pays 90% of everything. So they came up with this list of all the things that needed to be done, I was OK with it. The first appointment they worked on half of my mouth because of insurance and they asked me to pay half of the cash that I was going to pay. Big surprise when I checked the statement, they were charging me 20% and 90% to the insurance. When I asked for an answer with papers on hand (prove), they were rude and asked for me to pay the rest of the cash and if there was any extra money I could get it as a credit. Why would I want a credit from a place I wont be back. They ended up taking $91 off which was not the right amount but I couldnt stay longer with my other half of mouth unfinished. They can keep my money I dont have the time to argue. They must need it more than me.

Dr. Reidhead is absolutely the greatest. I was wondering why I’ve been feeling pain and he’s the only dentist in the valley that diagnosed me with damaged fillings that needed to be replaced and I scheduled to fix them promptly.

I hate this place because i came with my girlfrend she had in extration and had 4 day of recovert but she started to bleed on her 5 day and even thou she been bleeding all night they gave her a 30min weit even though it was in emergency i truly dont recomand this place for to ated you there unly there for the money they dont care about there pationts
