I took our son here in mid June and was told I would have the Neuro Psyche report within two weeks. I still have not received the results. I have left messages, talked to receptionists and sent emails. In the meantime I also informed them I needed the report for yearly adoption review. Still waiting for report. Do not go here!! I have turned them into our insurance company also!

McGady is a very cool easy to interact with guy. If you are sent here you can relax.. hes very personable and doesnt take too long for what you are sent for.

I had Mr McGady for a SSDI exam for mental health several months ago. I have dealt with my mental health issues since 2011 and have been dealing with the VA as well. To say that he was extremely unprofessional and he essentially destroyed my SSDI claim via his very inaccurate and omitted report to SSDI after my less than 30 minute exam, would be an understatement. Mr McGady left out I would say at least 90% of any context we talked about regarding my issues. He was dressed in black basketball shorts, white t-shirt when I arrived at the SSA office downtown. He also had food trash from a local sandwich shop on his desk, papers strewn everywhere and even had the wrong file in front of him when we started the exam. Perhaps because it was a Saturday? I already felt like this was going to not go well. We talked about a lot of things, including how I feel leaving my home and being overly hyper vigilant, shopping, working, family issues, and even finances because it is 2020 after all... We discussed my time in the military and issues I had. We discussed quite a lot. However, in the end, McGady essentially stated in the report that he felt my financials were my source of problems. So unless thats been that way since 2011, I dont see that as a real reason. McGady also left out copious amounts of information that would have helped me with my claim. It was almost as if McGady made up his mind very quickly, regardless of what I was saying or displaying. McGady stated I did not show any symptoms of being anxious in his office, or being upset. This was just outright wrong. Before even sitting down I was complaining that they made me drive very far for this exam when Mr McGadys office were 2 miles from my home. I explained the different levels of situational awareness that were used in the Army and how I viewed my anxiety levels in terms of severity. My leg was bouncing non-stop, I was holding my arm as I recall, staring out the window. None of this was mentioned, most of what would have benefited me in the exam was magically omitted in McGadys report. I was on track with my SSDI claim, even having won a first appeal, only to have this joke of a report smash it to pieces. I have since had to hire an attorney who will eventually take 25% of my money I will be awarded once it is approved (I believe it will, especially after the 3 page rebuttal I wrote about McGadys report for my attorney once I read it. It is FAR more detailed than this review and lists everything I found wrong or inaccurate.) After doing this, my mind naturally got curious so I decided to research Mr McGadys credentials. I found he attended UoP, as did I, and I know its only worth what you put in. Seems he also went to a school in HI. Second, his PUBLIC Facebook profile just shows pictures of him partying, drinking and everything else. So, it is difficult for me now, to not feel that this was an extremely poor report conducted by Mr McGady that has led to much more mental anguish, anger, frustration and now time and money. I would NOT recommend anyone, especially military veterans, to utilize Mr McGadys services. In fact, to me, this is borderline negligent in terms of the damage it has caused after the fact. This has been an ordeal I will not forget any time soon. Just writing this review, MONTHS LATER, bring up such angering emotions. So, with that, I felt this review would serve as some sort of closure to my terrible experience with this provider. I only hope his associates are more competent. I would highly recommend dictation for any doctor or mental health professional. This would help alleviate any accidental omissions. However, this instance, there was just too many problems for this to be an accidental thing. I dont know what it was, all I know is that no one should have to go thru that invalidation, especially when that person smiles and tells you dont worry buddy, we will get this typed up for you as you are crying in front of the man....

The therapist is great and I feel like Im understood and validated... That is if they dont cancel my appointment, they have canceled on me as little as 30mins before the appointment. It seems every other week there is an emergency and out of the officeUpdate: after switching therapists Im getting seen more and Im really able to work on myself. Thank you Anna D!

I’ve been bringing my grandson here for about a year. I have watch the business grow! There are always growing pains with growth however you won’t find a better group of therapist. Everyone is so kind here and my grandson looks forward to coming to his appointments. Love this place!

My therapist is great, but I too have had two appointments cancelled. Rather I had one cancelled and the other, when I called to cancel, I was told she was out for the week, but no one had told me that. The service and follow up from the front desk is awful.

The billing is ridiculous. This second time they are requesting payment on copays I paid for months ago, except this time the are billing my daughter who is a minor. Cancelled appointments and double scheduling appointments and an arrogance that they are doing nothing wrong. Stay away. They charge more that your insurance allows.
