This dentist is the goat! I have went to a ton of different doctors throughout my lifetime, and have never felt more comfortable when doing dental work. I will never go to anyone else anymore. He made my wisdom tooth removal feel like I’m at a salon. I was in and out within 10 minutes without any pain. Thank you boss I appreciate you🙏🏼!

I liked the whole staff there, they are so nice and friendly. The best part was no wait time lime in others doctor’s offices. Doctor is very professional, does everything gentle and explains great.

After years of delaying my wisdom tooth extraction, it began hurting me, to the point I couldnt take it anymore. So I went to my primary dentist, which by the way, is incredible. She is one of the best in LA. After examining me, she referred me to Dr.Karapetian. By doing that, I knew if she couldnt do it, it must be a highly complicated and lengthy procedure. Seeing how confident and knowledgeable Dr.Karapetian was, all my nerves and butterflies went away. After all the horror stories Ive heard about wisdom tooth extractions, this will be like an hour-long procedure, thinking to myself. The numbing, which by the way, always hurts, I didnt feel a thing. It took Dr.Karapetian less than 5 minutes to extract my tooth. He had very light, gentle, and fast hands. Dr.Karapetian was explicit on post-operative care. The paperwork, the wait after the numbing process, and the stitching after the extraction, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I waited to write this review till after Ive fully recovered, and Ive recovered entirely and would recommend Dr.Karapetian to everyone.

They’re very unorganized, I basically wasted my time. I was referred by a family friend and unfortunately it was a complete waste. I showed up to get a redo root canal, and only then did they bring up the whole cost....awful...I’m very disappointed. Good luck, they may treat you better if you know them, but chances are slim! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The male doctor seems way nicer, the other female doctor not so much. Instead of having a reassuring effect on me she had the opposite. Very unprofessional overall. The front desk worker is also very cold, not friendly at all. Bad vibes....

After going to Dr. Karapetian for years, my mother decided to pull the trigger and get veneers. Its been a few months, and my mom is loving her new smile, she confidently smiles now which is nice to see. Dr. K always does fantastic work. Hes the nice and most importantly he is not rough. He takes his time and he is gentle on your gum line. My old dentist cut into my lips (again but for the last time). I found Dr. K on Yelp and the reviews are correct. He is the greatest!

After a very bad experience with a few dentists I was told to contact Kool Dentistry. They might seem a little unfriendly to someone who is not familiar with Armenian culture, but they are the best! Dr. Karapetian not only tolerated my 10000 questions (i was very scared and superstitious because of my previous negative experience), but also did an awesome job fixing my teeth. I had a root canal done, a crown and a filling. They also found cavities in a wisdom tooth, but i decided not to fix it for now and have it removed later as i dont really use it; I maxed out my insurance for 2020 so i have to wait for next year or pay cash. Also their prices are very reasonable and if i remember correctly if payment is in cash there is a 10% discount. I found my dentist in LA!P.S. they can 3D print crowns in the office!!

I like the staff ,but not the dr at all.I had an an appointment for 4:30pm and i was there on time no patient inside and the the doctor chating with his Armenian friend and talking about what they did in Armenia in front of the strip club that the friend was drunk and just they called cab to take him home the reason I go with details is to let the dr know i am real customer after 20 min wait he checked and he said is late i have family and kids that have soccer practice i want to spend sometime with them , he said you can make an appointment next week or my wife also is a dr she can work on your teeth. I understand you are good husband or father ,but why you explain your life to me , just do your job please.long story short , Bad attitude , NOT respectful.I am not going back.

I no longer feel dreadful when visiting the dentist because I know Dr. Karapetian will give it his best effort and make sure that I am happy with his work.

Great oral surgeon I was terrified to get my wisdom tooth extracted!! Once I got in his chair all the fear went away. I felt nothing not even the shots! I’m even excited to go back and get my other wisdom tooth extracted! You can’t even feel this mans hands.Thank you dr karapetian!

After going to some shady places in my college years I could never go to any other dental clinic after coming here!

I have only been to this clinic for standard cleanings (thank God) and they always do good work. I come back because they are the only dentists that do not pull and rip at my gums and lips. The others over the years would leave my mouth hurting sometimes for days. This clinic also has a great location off of the main boulevard with plenty of parking too.

Once I stepped in to the kool dentistry I already felt positive energy coming from every single person working over there. Cant be happier than this to meet Doctor himself. Oganess Karapetyan is a doctor who has everything I would wish for. His hands are made for this job. Extremely professional in every aspect of dentistry. I have been fixing my teeth since last year. It is a long process. Pul out teeth, bone graft, implants.I have to mention also he is very patient with me. Never cut me talking and telling his opinion first. He explains and makes sure patient understand. And more importantly at the end when you see result.It happened to me before with another doctors that spending so much time, money and going through so much pain I never got what I was wishing for. I, personally, walk out from his office as a happy patient and getting amazing results.The group of dental assistants and front desk girls he is working with are very professional, clean, organize, gentle and fast. Love their energy. I have to admit this is first time ever in my life I m going to dental office with excitement.

Overall five star experience.I put off getting my wisdom teeth extracted for years and Dr. Organes was able to fit me in his schedule for an emergency surgery when the pain became too much to deal with.The sedation and pain meds left me painless the entire time and within the week everything was pretty much back to normal.

Dr. Oganes is my family dentist. He recently performed the sinus lift surgery for one of my children and he did an amazing job. My little girl was very nervous about it and I had to promise her her favorite toys just to go. Thankfully, Dr Oganes has a great rapport with children and he was able to calm her down again right before he put her under. It has been a couple weeks now and we are pleased with the results. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Oganes.

Dr K is a very talented dentist. I needed some pretty intense work done on a tooth, that included extraction through implant. Every step of the way, he was comforting and humerous. Pain was quick as it is sometimes neccessary, but the pain was quick. He tries to make sure that you are numbed before working.His co-workers at this location are very helpful and provide accurate opinions. The staff are also very relaxing and personalble whilist staying professional.The location is easily found. Parking is easy. While there, the environment is not distracting and is very transparent.

I would like to let the people know that i was just there and i had a very bad experience with the doctor and the stuff is well . First they lie to me they said to take out you tooth is 200$ if you pay with ishorance then when i was done she told me they gonna send the bill to ishorance company 450$ and she also charge me a 50$ diductable as a co pay . And she also said i might recive a bill is well if ishorance company dont pay 450$ . That was my first and last time there i would never go back there cuz they lie and poor customer service. 😡 people be careful and dont trust them.
