I would like to give him 5 stars as he was a great Dr, the staff was amazing, and he could be very professional, however when they closed their office at Verdugo, in Glendale we couldnt get our family records from them, so we had to start all the process again. We called them, send them emails but no answer. (Also their bills were expensive, 3 times more than a normal dentistry, I though it was worth for the service I was getting)We got a letter from them mentioning us they were closing and I was with them for few months, I wasnt very happy as new patient would have been good to know that they were planning to close so I would have been looking fro other Dr.

I started going to Dr. Kim about a year ago. Ive nothing but praise for him and his staff. Beginning with Shannon at the front desk everyone is friendly, helpful and insures your visit is memorable (in a positive way). Dr. Kim is knowledgeable about the latest techniques in dentistry and computer technology. Im there for the rest of my days. I wouldnt even consider trying another dentist.

What I enjoyed about Dr. Andrew Kim is that he understands dental care is joint effort between the client and dentist. So with that in mind he places a strong emphasis on education. That education has equipped me to take an active role in my oral care.He also has a very friendly and professional staff. You will be pleased.

I have gone to many dentists in my lifetime, and have been frequently disappointed by the assembly-line approach, where you are handed off from one assistant to another, no one bothering to know your name. So many dental practices seem to have become impersonal, but Dr Kim has changed all of that for me. From the first moment when I walk into the comfortable waiting room I am greeted by a friendly smile. Everyone who works there is very nice and personable and this starts from the top. Dr. Kim has the best chair-side manner I have experienced at a dentist office. He sits next to you, asks and answers questions, and makes sure you are comfortable. I like knowing how things work and why he does things, and he is happy to explain anything I want to know. He also does a very thorough exam, he did some things that I have never had done, so I feel confident that if there were any issues he would find and resolve them. I will definitely go back again, and have already recommended him to others.

Dr. Kim has been my dentist for a couple years now and he has the best chair side manor of any dentist Ive been to. I appreciate his focus on time he spends with me and its not just an assistant cleaning my teeth.
