I have been seeing Dr. Dale for over 10 years following a car accident which left me with a broken neck and back. He actually brought me back to life following multiple spine surgeries and months in bed. Since going to him I am back to my regular routine of exercise and I feel terrific! Standing Tall has improves my overall health across the board. I started coming here a year ago because I had such severe shoulder pain while sleeping, I woke up several times a night with numb and tingling hands. I went through 3 trials of expensive mattresses and nothing helped. On my first visit to Standing Tall I received X-Rays which showed neck trauma. Through Dr Dale’s treatments, I am able to sleep pain free about 95% of the time now. I also have a pin in my wrist due to an accident 8 years ago which affected my ability to play piano. My wrist always had pain and I needed to sleep with a brace. My hand surgeon wanted to do another surgery but after being treated for this as well by Dr Dale, I am playing music again regularly and don’t sleep with a brace.
