Dr. Young was amazing!! He takes good care of every single Person that comes in . The staff are super friendly and understanding of busy schedules. I would 11/10 recommend you go here!

I felt that the staff was really nice and caring. If I was concerned with any pain that came back during my time there, they would take care of it right away. By the time I was discharged I felt as if I hadnt been in an accident at all.

Absolutely amazing staff all around. The doctors, nurses, receptionists, billing specialists were all very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family each time you have an appointment. They truly care about their clients. They made sure to keep me in the loop on each days treatment and how I was progressing. If you are ever hurt in an accident or on the job, I recommend going to this location as they will help to ease the terrible experience as they help to get you back to pre-accident condition. Very impressed with EVERYONE!!!

The staff at this location were very nice and professional. There were times where I had to cancel and they were completely understanding and had no problem working around my schedule. Definitely recommend coming if you are thinking about it

This place was recommended to me by my Lawers it is over priced for no reason I paid over 2000 for them to put a warm towels on my daughter for 20 appointments or so and after the bill was paid I got a letter saying I could revive a 500 reduction but only if I crash again and use their service within the next 6 months what a joke the people over there are so polite but this is way over priced for something that has to be provided by any place that offers a service to customers (that is being polite I mean) i wish I could give this place 0 stars

If I can a 10 star rating I would. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. They are very welcoming and understanding. The doctors care so much about your injuries and make sure everything goes at smooth as possible. I love that they are flexible with my schedule. The staff here is wonderful and professional. I always leave with a smile.

I told Dr. Scott Young I am not comfortable with you adjusting my neck, please do not adjust my neck. He replied Ok we will not be doing your neck. Within 2-3 minutes of that same session my neck was adjusted twice. It has been over 3 months since the day he hurt my neck and I am still experiencing chronic headaches, numbness, arm twitching, vertigo, and vomiting among other symptoms. I have never felt like this in my entire life. I am scared for my life everyday due to the 2 neck adjustments Dr. Scott Young performed on me after I asked him not to. Avoid Chiropractic Manipulations at all cost, your life depends on it.

Was in an auto accident, had to visit EC 30 times. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They made sure my appointments were schedule around my job as best as possible. If i ever need chiropractic care agian, i will come here.

Dr Ellis is an amazing man. His staff is wonderful. I dont know what I would have done with out him. He took such good care of me. I had specific issues to work around. And he worked around them. He didnt dump me because I was a difficult case. He stuck it out with me and he treated my injury. He made no secret about what he thought was or wasnt in my best interest. And when all is said and done. He was right. Im doing fantastic! Thank you so very much Dr. Ellis. Your the best!!

My experience with Emergency Chiropractic exceeded my expectations from the start of my treatment until my final day. The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough with their practice. The doctors are friendly and helpful through the entire process. I enjoyed the conversations I had with the doctors. They seemed genuinely interested to see how I was doing. Their assistants and support staff including Hannah and Karla made for an even better experience. All together I would recommend the Emergency Chiropractic to anyone who is in an accident. This is Carmen Durea I have been a patient of emergency chiropractor on 6202 West Bell Rd. my services there have been fabulous. I’m much better with my bones in my neck and my headaches and my spasms. I thank Dr. Alice Chad B Ellis I thank Dr. Stuber. I thank the people that work there for the wonderful assistance. I am very grateful that I found emergency chiropractic at in Glendale Arizona and I highly recommend this chiropractic service there for anyone that is in tremendous back pain neck pain hip pain and also my body is functioning better and I just wanted to make sure that everyone out there knows.

I have been coming here since the beginning of april, i have to say the Drs are cool there are 2 older docs that really help me more when it comes to adjustment and 1 that doesnt do much of anything compared to the other 2 docs but he has great energy.The girls here have bad attitudes, they dont communicate well and they lack professionalism. Ive been to chiro therapy before that had amazing staff, this is disappointing. Honestly Id love to change my Chiro offc. And go with another but im close to being finished. Chiropractic rehabilitation has higher standards, the age of the girls doesnt bother me its the way they lack presenting the level of professinalism that is so needed in this FIELD of work. They laugh loud and goof off while patients are getting therapy. I dont recommend this place at all.I get the feeling that they just graduated highschool and took a 4 week crash course. Ive dealt with probably 5 of them, they lack professionalism and bedside mannerism. One of them kept putting that electro massage machine up high on my shoulders and obviously wasnt paying attention to the least bit. I asked her to NOT go up high. It felt like a jolt to the juggler and she needs to get the hell out of this industry before she gets herself in trouble treating patients that have been an accidents like this. This is coming from a patient and i really dont care to discuss it with the Drs but maybe if they read it they will take better measures to get these girls in check and treating patients with the respect and care that they deserve. After all they get paid because of us.

Dr Young and his whole staff are way beyond my normal expectations!! Being in an accident is never easy but they were able to make it at least an enjoyable recovery. His staff especially the receptionist and Fatima were always questioning how I was feeling that day and putting a smile on my face. I even feel like we got to know each other more than just surface level. I know I was being treated as a person not just another number. I would strongly recommend the Glendale office on your road to recovery after a car accident! In a way it makes me sad to be discharged and not see them again.

The staff is really nice, doctors really did help my back. My only complain is about an assistant I believe her name is Anysia, she was really rude and always had the stink face when I came in
