This place has gotten a little better. They used to be awesome. They used to have great prices and plenty of inventory. The express line definitely not express. Itd be faster for you to just go and not use the express line but if you did that you would not get what you want because always run out of everything. Lately the prices have gotten a little better but I have to get up like at 8 when they open to reserve what I want

Moved to AZ 5 months ago and since then this dispensary has become my regular spot. Its got the vibes and energy of a dispensary youd find in Southern California and its amazing. Great selection, great prices, and friendly staff. Definitely deserve 5 stars, keep doing your thing Arizona Organix.

First off anyone who is saying the product choice or customer service or just about anything about this dispo are not 5 stars is lying on here. Yes they are a small store. That’s changing October 1st from what I was told . The staff is always friendly and where else can you get a eight of 20% fo 20$ and a 75%g of wax for 15$ Or hash for under 20$. If you wanna spend 50 60 and 8th do it but for me they have a really great service and selection.

I dont know if any one else has purchased flower and have it smell and taste of mold. I wont buy flower but their concentrates, carts, shatter and crumble are good. There prices are reasonable. Very friendly staff willing to suggest different strains. Dont forget your reusable bag to carry out your goods.

I simply do not understand why a large metro area has such a poor selection of hashish and dry sift. I drive from the East side because it is great. With that said, I stopped by today and neither product was in stock. Will need to keep searching.

Only place I know of that sells hashish and I drive miles out of my way to get it. What can I say, I like the high and the taste. Plus it takes me back to the late 70s, early 80s and man, those were awesome times...😎

First time going to this one and probably wont go again in a word scary ,the back parking lot was dark with people sitting in cars no guard patrolling the one guard that was standing in front of the establishment was in a deep conversation with a customer who had just purchased and the guard was taking down his phone number he seemed to be more concerned with the person he was speaking with then his job once inside was given a paper to write down what I wanted without even being shown anything then once I was at the register the register worker proceeded to tell me not to tip her because the tips went to her management and that management was spending it on their friends not giving it to their employees after I was done I had to walk out into the dark parking lot with my product and just hope I wasnt attacked or robbed it was very scary definitely not professional while the product was good I dont think I will ever go back I didnt feel safe. I tried to call management the next morning and tell them but nobody wanted to speak with me

Love this place!!!! They are knowledgeable super friendly staff and always super quick for anything I go in for!! I recommend them to anyone I talk to. For recreational purposes the cost is one of the best i have found. I only use edibles so I can only speak on that and I love the selection. Definitely recommend going here.

Great Dispensary. Definitely the best one in Phoenix. I love their packaging, their concentrates, and their service. The prices are also very good. P.S. Well, sort of. if Im being honest, they had really great prices but they have been fluctuating quite a bit. They used to have P&S for 15, then 17.50 now its 25.... within a 2 week span I saw them change that much. But the beautiful thing is that the wait times are nowhere near as bad as what youd see at natures meds

It was hard for me to hear the employees in there. They need some sound proofing on the walls. The sounds just bounce around between the floor and walls. Carpet might help dampen the sound. Otherwise, they have a nice selection. Pipes as well

I was a recreational newbie not so long ago and the staff at AZ Organix were (and continue to be) the most helpful and patient smiling faces Ive ever encountered! I have always been treated with respect and kindness and the clientele have been equally as cool! Whay a happy place it must be to work there. I have tried many other competitors, and have made AZ Organix my go to dispensary.

I am very unhappy with how I was treated today, Thjs is my go to dispensary for my friends cancer medications. So mind you I am there quite a bit .Today I was completely ignored I had to say Hi can someone help me please the workers seen me coming in all the time no one was busy with customers they were all talking amongst themselves, while I just stood there like a lost puppy dog. Very unpleasant experience this morning!

Ordered online for pickup. Wasnt aware until I got home that the high THC low price 1/8 I got was apparently shake, something the website forget to mention. When I opened it it was only stems a leaves. None of this is smokable and I feel like this dispensary just robbed me of my money for the lowest quality product I have ever seen, and I mean even before Cali went medical. Its sad to know I can get better quality product off the street.

Great prices and great concentrates, but got rid of all discounts. I had to start going to another dispensary that did offer to Medical patients a discount, though this other dispensary doesnt have the greatest concentrates. It comes down to what I can afford and Ill take a hit on a bit of quality.

Well the prices were affordable when mmj was only into play. Then rec came into play and you raised your prices. And screw mmj patients that actually use it for medical. Then now that rec is here and everyone has there crops your gonna drop your price! Shame on you.

I left a review a few weeks ago giving them a glowing review for their fantastic service, selection, and price. Well glad to hear their service is still great, selection seems unchanged as well, however unfortunately I cant say the same for the price. Their $15 grams in just about a month have jumped to $25 and the rest of the concentrates have also followed along those price hikes. Its really disappointing honestly, so unfortunate to find a wonderful place and then that place quickly starts asking ludicrous prices. So I guess it is time to find a new dispo. Oh also heads up, they say they close at 10, however they close the line earlier and will absolutely turn you away.

Great prices! They have $4 pre rolls and a wide variety of concentrates.. of course some product is better than others no matter where you go, but I can say Ive never been disappointed from their products. Plus Ive never met a staff member that wasnt nice, helpful, or wouldnt answer questions.

This place used to be the best for deals on concentrates for medical patients. As of may 26 2021 not only are their staff unfriendly, but any incentive for a medical patients to go here is gone 0 discounts and they say they are going to do a point system but they are not tracking points and I’ve already spent $800 thinking I was creating some type of reward. Honestly Arizona Organix is just a disappointment of a dispensary now and needs to do some rehiring and strategizing to appeal to people with medical certifications.

This was my first time Arizona Organix dispensary as I am from out of state visiting with family and needed to pick something up quickly. The process was quick and efficient and the budtender Karah was an awesome help. She was informative about the product and extremely outgoing! Will be coming back when I come back to AZ for future visits.

I have always had a good experience coming into this place they have always been welcoming and made me feel like this is my dispensary and the only thing that I can complain about is the line. Whenever I go morning or night its busy. And all the flower tastes the same it all has a chemical taste to it. I stick to wax which is always good avg 66 to 85 % dont be lead away from this Im not putting them down

They just jacked up the prices again......The only dispensary Ive been to that charges you for a bag....Id recommend natures medicine. $20 for much better quality concentrates.

Inexpensive pre-rolls. People are cool. Warning bring a bag or youre paying a dollar for a child proof bag. They really do need to show you how to open it. Overall both my trips in have been good. I like that everything is displayed. They give you a paper to write out what you want. Great system.

If you pay with card their machines double charge a fee so every purchase they get 5-10 extra. Owner is so cheap that they charge bags. Their competitors do not charge for bags upon purchase. Recommend curaleaf or monarch as they are not money grabbers like this place.
