Dr Doshi has a quiet, calming way about her. She makes you feel comfortable. She explains things very well. The care is very thorough and up to date. I feel confident that I am in good hands.

I received excellent eye care from Dr. Bacotti and the whole staff were wonderful and kind.

I got a piece of metal in my eye and called the office they were already booked for the day they were very busy . They still made time to squeeze me in and didn’t have to wait long either .I was lucky that it was only a scratch in my eye from the metal , so Dr. Bacotti was able to give me a sample of an eyedrop so I didn’t even need to go to the pharmacy which also saves me money .The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor are all very professional and caring people .Thank you again to all at OCLI .

Everyone is friendly and Dr. Doshi is super knowledgeable and really takes her time. Unfortunately the office never seems to run on time. My last three appointments were one hour late. unacceptable.

We arrived at about 1:45 (for a 2:30 appt) on Tuesday (the day of the storm) and promptly got stuck in the elevator. The staff of the building and of OCLI called the fire dept and when we were finally out of the elevator, were very solicitous to us. The doctor came down (they couldnt see patients because the whole bldg had lost power), looked at my eye, and gave me some drops for it, and suggested I reschedule for a full appt, which I did. Very good service!!!

I recently visited OCLI in Glen Cove for my annual check up and I have to say the quality of care I received was outstanding. From the moment you enter the office, the friendliness of the staff and the professional manner you are treated by everyone involved in your care is exceptional. i would recommend this office to anyone who might be looking for professional eye care service. You will not be disappointed.

Very easy to find it is on the second floor of the Stop and Shop Plaza next to the Hair Salon go in the big glass doors take elevator to second floor it’s the 1st door on Left ,189 Forest Avenue Suite 2C we had a very pleasant experience there is a wheel chair entrance from the road there is also very good parking very close to building.
