He could literally care less about his patients. he dismissed my issues, was unwilling to pursue whether or not my insurance would cover crowns, could care less about my issues and barely looked in my mouth at all. the guy is obviously there for a paycheck and he should retire at this point. his heart isnt in this.

The x - ray machine is so old, it doesnt show if anything is wrong. Waist of money. If you go there, ask to look at the pictures.All you see is two white rows of teeth.If you need a referral, its good enough. Yes, the front end can be a little snippy!

My experience with Dr Kaufman has been nothing but a pleasure. He took his time to answer my questions. He is genuinely interested in the well being and comfort of his patients. I would strongly suggest using his dental services.

I WANT TO LEAVE 0 STARS. The worst Dental experience for my wife and kids EVER!!! Exactly as described by other patients, did not clean or properly examine only polished for about a minute then done. Treated my wife like she was a POS.. RUDE STAFF AND DIRTY OFFICE...

I took my children there for there annual cleaning and check up. After my first child was finished I cancelled the appointments for the others, and filed a complaint with the insurance company. He did the bare minimum, has no personality, didnt even clean their teeth, took x-rays and the assistant literally brushed their teeth and the appointment was over. there was no exam and the front desk personnel are rude.

Find someone else!!!!! He looked in my sons mouth:explored for 1 minute:said everything looked good and billed for full exam and cleaning.

He has been my dentist for over 30 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
