I am a physician and I have been seeing Dr. T.K. Parthasarathy since 2006. As a professor of audiology at SIUE with an MS and PhD in audiology he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me in detail. When I have had issues with my hearing aids he and his staff responded promptly and rectified the problems. He has guided me in upgrading to new and improved hearing aids as they have become available. I am very happy with his care and would highly recommend him to anyone having hearing difficulties.

Dr TK did a great job explaining everything to me in a simple yet informative way. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose what my problem was. I was very happy that I went to him for my hearing needs.

I bought hearing aids from three other companies before finding Dr TK and he is the only one that ever got my hearing aids working properly for me. The other places seemed great at first and promised to keep making adjustments until they worked properly. After they had my money it became harder and almost impossible to get an appointment to return. This never happened to me at Better Hearing clinic. Dr TK is very knowledgeable and his care continued long after I paid for my hearing aids. I highly recommend him and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

He answered every question and sent me home with educational materials to help my family become better educated to people with hearing loss and the transition to new hearing aids. I was like most people having hearing loss. I strongly denied my wife and daughters remarks about playing the TV or radio too loud or not understanding some of our conversations. My doctor, Tibor Kopjas referred me to the better hearing clinic. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I had a hearing test and ultimately was fitted for hearing aids. Dr. TK was quite professional, and spent time with my wife and I to obtain the hearing aids best needed for my situation. As stated earlier it is best thing I ever did for myself. Best and most informative visit

Seeking help for tinnitus and found Dr. Parthasakary. He was very thorough in the auditory examination and testing, unlike the previous specialist I had seen. I appreciate the time and personal attention that I experienced at the Better Hearing Clinic. I feel like there might be some relief in the near future.

I had purchased hearing aids from two other companies before finding Dr TK. One was from a hearing aid store, the other from Costco. Both of those ended up in the drawer because they could never get them adjusted to work for me. Now thanks to TK I can hear again and his patience is unsurpassed. He promised me from the beginning he would find a solution that would work and he did . I would NEVER go anywhere else. Truly a professional with a caring attitude.

I went with my mom when she got her hearing aids at TK’s office and I couldn’t be happier. This is my mom’s 3rd set of hearing aids and they are so much better than anything else she has wasted her years with. I don’t think our experience could have been better unless we had come here 20 years ago and not wasted time and money on previous hearing aids.
