Had an experience with Younger Dave about a week or so ago over a difference of perspective on a 7 years past issue. It got off to a rough start, but a friend who reviewed to situation convinced me that I was as much to blame. The more I got to know him, to more my consciousness got to me that I came at him too hard and hes not like I had my preconceived notions of him to be. Hope this is cool. My house had an old FPE (Federal Pacific Electric) electrical panel which was deemed hazardous over 35 years ago. I recently read that it was highly recommended to have it replaced ASAP and that many insurance companies wouldnt even insure homes because of it. I started to get bids for replacing it. Not only was Brightviews work TOP-NOTCH with a top rated Cutler Hammer electrical panel, they were 1/2 the price of the other 5 competitors bidding on the job, except for one which was nearly $300 more and charged to come out to give me an estimate. David gave me a free estimate and did the work 5 days later. He and Brad were very courteous, professional and accommodating. David even came out on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to put up the faceplate that I had asked him to leave off so I could patch and paint. He will now be my go-to for an electrician.

I needed to have a Chargepoint Electric Car Charging station installed - this required 60 AM service 240 V. I had posted estimate requests through Qmerit as suggested by Chargepoint. I also contacted BG&E home for an estimate. Brightview came in significantly lower than all the estimates I received and he is a Local business so it was good to contract with them. I wanted a permit pulled and Brightview did what was needed. The charger was installed withing a week of receiving it. This is Great Service.

David has come out twice now for various electrical work. We were very pleased with his work. He is knowledgeable, offers choices when possible, friendly and cleans up the worksite. He goes above and beyond in customer service. Will continue to use him, and highly recommend him for electrical work.

David did electrical work both for on my house and my parents house. In both cases he did an excellent job for a very competitive price. Someone who used to do electrical work looked closely at the result at my house and complemented at the high quality of Davids work. David is very gentle, flexible, and easy to work with. David has done a large amount of work at my mothers house replacing old knob and tube wiring. He also fixed a lot of work a previous electrician did that was not done up to code. David has been at my parents house a lot and I have been amazed at how my mother has been consistently very complimentary at how easy and pleasant David is to work with. David came out for a Warrantay claim to fix a DE Pool Filter that was leaking. He said the filter was 9 years old so he got the warranty company to cover the entire filter assembly. Now I have a brand new filter assembly that works perfectly!

The company is great. Extremely friendly, punctual and on time, informative on exactly what he is doing, goes above and beyond the standard to ensure everything is safe. Have used this company before in the past and highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call on them for any future repairs in my home. They will be the only company that I request through my home warranty when it comes to any electrical work.

I have never been compelled to write a review before. This is the SECOND time this company has not shown up for a scheduled appointment. And now are not answering calls or returning messages. I had to take off of work the entire morning and now have to work late on a Friday night because yet again, they didnt show up. I continue to have a broken ceiling fan and light in my basement for over a month now. I am shocked how a company like this stays in business or has any good reviews. Zero stars for zero service. If you are too overwhelmed with business you should not continue to schedule people. What a waste of my time and so incredibly RUDE.
