Best experience Ive ever had at a pharmacy. Shortest wait and also the kindest service. A small business that is definitely worth supporting! I was able to sign up for a covid test the same day and get tested with the results back within 2 days. Very easy process.

I went to Jai Pharmacy after burning my finger on a hot plate at work. They have the kindest customer service and they examined the blister to give me the items I needed to aid it. Also, got my COVID shot here prior to the experience. They are the nicest people and worth the visit.

WOW. This is a five star pharmacy, I have never met any place like this. I am currently away for graduate school in another state while my family is in Maryland. I called Jai Pharmacy to arrange my familys medications and they were more than accommodating. When I was in town, the technician and pharmacist were both so friendly and worked in an efficient manner. (There were other customers there too). I never have to wait more than ten minutes and they have everything I need. I even inquired about other medical supplies, where they had ordered this for me and had it in the next day. Definitely my go to place as my local drug store.

I was in town visiting my friend who had referred me to this pharmacy. The store was very clean and neat. It had all the items I needed and the staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your prescription and local-drug store like needs. A high quality and five star pharmacy place!

I was a new customer and I was extremely unhappy with the services rendered at this pharmacy. I decided to change to a different pharmacy as that is my right and Just to be clear Jai Pharmacy refused to transfer my medications/ refills/ and / or pertinent information needed for a smooth transfer. Kavita kept hanging up on the new pharmacy whenever they called to get the inf needed for the transfer. I thought that was highly unprofessional being a pharmacy. I will be filing a complaint with the necessary agency concerning this behavior. Think twice folks when considering using Jai Pharmacy.They are not who they portray to be.Very barbaric ways.

I had a horrific experience with this pharmacy. Very unprofessional practices. Poor communication , manipulative and extremely condescending. The pharmacy prices for their products are overly priced as well. This has been a living nightmare dealing with this pharmacy. My suggestion is to use adifferent pharmacy . One that is better organized andone that will treat you the way you deserve to be treated. Thank you.

Kavita was great. The kind of pharmacist that cares and listens. I have been a pharmacist for 31yrs and this is the type of pharmacy we need more of. If you want a great experience, personal touch and confidence in knowing you will get the best care check out Jai pharmacy.The big retail chains have created a toxic environment for the pharmacists and the customers. I speak from experience. But Jai pharmacy is a blessing.Its clean, neat, professional, stress free, easy location, plenty of parking and theycan handle all your pharmacy needs. Got my Covid vaccine hassle free and in a comfortable setting.

The lady Ms. Kavita is an extremely sweet person! She went out of her way to contact some of the local businesses in her area to let people know that they could come and get the Covid shot. I had tried everywhere for several weeks with no luck and my first call to her she told me to come in and had me taken care of so quickly. Not only that but she helped my boyfriend get his vaccine also. I definitely recommend this pharmacy as it is hard to find Genuinely good people who actually care

This place is FANTASTIC! I came here for my COVID-19 vaccination (Johnson & Johnson) and it was the least stressful experience. I was worried about parking, waiting in line, and just overall waiting—but none of that was the case! They book their appointments at fifteen minute intervals and only book one patient per slot. So, you’re in and out right in your appointment window with plenty of parking out front. It’s a total cinch!Not to mention it’s clean and the staff and pharmacist are the kindest people! I highly recommend them for a COVID-19 vaccine. Check their website to sign up.

Smooth. The Pharmacist was very helpful with questions and all I had to do after making an appointment, was present photo ID, Ins card fill out a Vaccine covid form. After the vaccine you wait 20 mins to make sure no reaction. No line or wait. Very nice experience.

Such a new and great neighborhood pharmacy and one stop shop! Very clean and neat and organized on the inside! Owners are extremely nice and accommodating. The pharmacist and manager Kavita is very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to answer any and all questions! The front area has a great selection of medicines and household supplies and the prices are comparable to the big stores like Walmart and Target! Worth checking out if you are in the area and need anything!

Highly recommend this pharmacy, what a gem! Pharmacist is very accommodating and attentive to the patients needs. Able to fill prescriptions efficiently and contacts the doctor as needed when issues arise. Absolutely love this pharmacy and will be transferring all my prescriptions here. Well worth checking out. Even has nebulizer tubing! Definitely my number 1 place for prescriptions for my family and I.
