I switched to Dr Tanner when my oldest was 18 months old and that was over 20 years ago. My youngest is 14. Dr Tanner is great with the kids and her staff is always very friendly and helpful

Dr Tanner is the best. She takes nothing short of excellent care of my 2 boys. She has a calm and patient demeanor, obviously loves babies and children, sick appointments have always been available when I needed them, urgent calls responded to promptly (once on Thanksgiving, sorry Dr Tanner!). I have to write this review again, because something went wrong with Google review. We are very, very thankful to Dr. Alice Tanner. We had a beautiful baby boy, that fought and fought asthma, we were very concern. Dr. Alice let us know, when children develop asthma at a young age, they can grow out of this condition. She was Correct. We also had a loving daughter, that was also care for by Dr. Alice Tanner. We are thankful, peace of mind is priceless with any childs health. Thank always Dr. Tanner and Staff.

I love love love Dr. Tanners Office. I have never had an issue getting a same day appointment and we are usually in and out within 30 minutes, which is pretty good for a doctors office. Dr. Tanner and her staff is patient with my toddler, and for the amount of experience Dr. Tanner has, she is always up to date on the latest pediatric research (i.e. They dont do that anymore or Current research doesnt support that). Very reassuring and I pray she doesnt retire in the next 16 years!

Our old pediatrician quit and we found Dr Tanner. She is efficient, answers all questions, ask great questions, and will fit you in when your child sick. I have never had an issue with anyone in her office and I know that if my babies are ill they will be well taken care of. My one child sees many specialist and all of the specialist like Dr Tanner. I could not ask for a better pediatrician for my kids.

So the waiting area may be a little small and cramped but the quality of care and attention Dr. Tanner pays to the patient is beyond comparison! You may have to wait a little longer to get seen but she never rushes through your appointment as she is taking time to answer any and every concern you may have. As a new parent, this was great! Very personal care and you can tell she seems to love what she is doing!

I Adore Doctor Tanner. She is amazing and ALWAYS there when needed. Even after hours. If you call and leave a message, she will contact you back within 30 minutes. Being that My first child was born and I had no family around I relied on Doctor Tanner and she was always there. Even at 3 am when I was freaking out. Her staff is extremely professional and very respectful. Doctor Tanner is a very calm and thorough doctor and will answer all of your questions and make sure you are comfortable. I wouldnt send my child to any other provider. Even when we were out of state and My child needed something, Doctor Tanner and her office made sure to get my child the appropriate meds needed. :)

I called to make a cash appointment for my grandsons 18 month shots and well visit.explained my daughter just moved from Indiana and hasnt gotten new health insurance yet. I was told they probably could not help me since they have to verify insurance. I again explained the situation also letting her know that the visit would be cash no matter how much they charge, she revered me to the health dept. I will not take him there since I had a problem with his mother with them giving her the wrong set of shots when she was a baby. I would prefer to pay cash (no matter the cost) for a Drs office.Horrible customer service

Dr. Tanner is AMAZING!! We get return calls back within 15-20 mins after hours, and/or same day for all other questions/concerns. Same day sick appointments. Wonderful Staff! The care for our Micro Preemies has been STELLAR!!

Dr. Alice Tanner and her staff have been amazing to my children for the past 24years. We have moved out of state and back always to return to her office. We now reside in Delaware and will miss Dr Tanner and her staff. No other Pediatrician compared to her!

Dr. Tanner was my pediatrician when I was a child and she is now my childrens pediatrician. Very friendly environment. Dr. Tanner loves her patients and is very friendly. I love her.
