The doctor is amazing. Hes very personable, and explains everything he is doing. He listens to your symptoms and his personal agenda is to make you feel 100% comfortable. He wants to treat your symptoms and help you live a pain free and comfortable life. I found that his staff is at times a bit rude when it comes to showing up on time (early!!!) For appointments. Theyre location is hard to find because Google maps has the wrong address, and I dont think that is taken into account. But other than that, the staff has been amazing to me, and others that I have seen there. They are very personable, caring, and experts in their craft. I have never received a pain full shot there. 9/10 would recommend. Lost 1 star because of Google maps and location problems.

Very thorough appointment (I have been on shots for 7-8 years, and was looking for a more convenient shot schedule after moving). Front desk and staff doing the testing were very professional. I chose this office because I have had bad experiences at another place in Glen Burnie (one late day a week for shots is NOT convenient for a a person who works 8:00 to 4:30!).

This is the first review I have ever left. I feel compelled to share my experience. Dr Mardiney’s staff are rude and are not helpful. I had a 1:45 appointment. I was told to arrive at 1:15. I do not live in the area. My commute was 1:15 mins. I used my GPS and arrived at 1:02. I could not locate the building so I placed a call to the 1-877 number and spoke to the receptionist. I explained I needed assistance in locating the building. I told the receptionist where I was and named several stores and the name of the shopping center. The receptionist stated she did not recognize or know where I was and to look for a Pearle Vision, which I could not find. By the time I found the building it was 1:33. The sad part, the building was behind the stores I had mentioned to the receptionist. To make a sad long story short I was told I had to reschedule. After requesting to speak to someone higher, because clearly I had arrived on time and attempted to obtain assistance. I had taken off from work and drove a distance. I was told I had to reschedule. I agree with all the other reviews. The staff is rude not only, because of my experience today, but even the times I called to set up the appointment and ask questions about the documents that were emailed to me I experienced a tone that clearly should not be felt in this type of field. I declined to be reschedule. I understand the Dr has his policy and procedures, but when your staff did not assist a customer to locate your place of businesses then their should have been some consideration. My time is valuable like yours!

This company is horrible!!! I am urging everyone to choose a different Doctor. The Billing department specifically BRIDGET is the worse. After insurance I owed a balance of $142. I am going through a difficult time and TOLD them when I would be able to pay. The billing department harasses you, she calls and calls and calls and had the NERVE to call my Job and speak to my supervisor AFTER calling my cell and my work phone moments prior. Word of mouth is the power of bringing businesses with BAD customer service DOWN. DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the worst experiences of my life. My 4 year old son was referred to him because of allergies. When I got there the receptionist was very raspy and firm. I got in to see doctor Mardiney. He basically interrogated me about my son and made me feel like an idiot. His staff seemed to be scared to ask him a question or make a mistake. On the way out I witnessed this receptionist named Janice Radford being extremely condescending and nasty to some clients. She was basically shaming and threatening them that if they did not finish their paperwork quickly they would not be seen today. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought to myself I hope she never treats me like this.I bring my 4 year old back for his follow up appointment. I wrote down the wrong time. Even still I was only 9 minutes late. She immediately started getting aggressive the same way she was with the couple from last time. Its pretty standard to give clients a 15 minute window to be late but she told me that the doctor would not see me and I would have to come back in a few weeks. Now mind you, this is for my 4 year old son and it was raining cats and dogs outside and I was only 9 minutes late. She proceeds to tell me that Dr Mardiney triple books all of his clients and no one is allowed to be one minute late. She follows that by saying that He has a life of his own and his own kids at home to take care of in the most rude nasty tone.So the game here is this doctor is extremely greedy and trying to fit as many patients in a short amount of time as possible and whoever is late gets screwed even if its a minute. So he perches his little pitbull of a receptionist out front to be just plain nasty to anyone that doesnt follow his rules to the T.I politely walked back up to Janice and told her that I think her boss is a mean person and this is no way to run a business. I asked for my paperwork and took my son to a new allergist. I am shocked that he keeps clients with the system he runs. I will not be returning to his office and I do not recommend them at all. Stay far away from them unless you want to be shamed or watch other people be shamed. Poor poor customer service.

One of the worse places i have ever gone the billing dept. Is a joke if you use innsurance and have a copay if you dont pay it right than they wait for you to get a 600 dollar bill than take you to court and tell you o we sent the bills out to you when they dont send anything doris the billing lady hates her job and is a b**** yoward you they wint work with you at all to pay a bill if i could give negitive 5 stars i would DO NOT GO TO THEM

The doctor does not keep his appointments when they are supposed to be. I had a 10:15 am appointment which ended up being at 11:00 am. Then checkout was horrendous 3 people in line in front me, just to get a followup appointment scheduled. I gave up and will call after I make a copy of the doctors notes and send it to the doctors office.
