Called for appointment because I have a sore eye. Phone was answered and then I was put on hold, then sent to voice mail. Called again and was told no appointment for 2 weeks. Then I read the recent reviews and decided to cancel appointment. Got a next day appointment with a caring doctor down the street. Business must be good when you dont want new patients.

Went here for many years and finally couldn’t do it anymore. Do not expect to go in and get seen in a timely manner. It’s at least an hour or longer wait. The staff up front in the office are wonderful and friendly but once you get back to the patient rooms they’re rude. (Except a few, not speaking for all of them ) dr Rooney is great and very friendly but I left in tears one day because of how I was treated by his staff and co doctor. I’ve never had an experience to when I left there that every single employee was kind.

This was my first experience visiting McPeak Vision. Plain and simple it was not a good experience. The staff was not friendly or communicative and we left without being seen.

Dr Roony is great as always, just don’t expect much from the rude, snobby, old hens in the glasses department. Wasted my time arguing with me instead of listening even had one that apparently knew more about my insurance then me or anyone else., follow me to the checkout because she heard me complain about the service. Save your money and shop Walmart with your prescription

I truly never imagined having to get injections in my eye, the sheer thought of it scared me. But Dr. Bloom and his staff have been kind, patient and help me to feel at ease. I also thank Dr. Witcher for coming in during this pandemic to see me after hours to determine what my problem was, he was treating my dry macular degeneration, and recognized that one of my eyes had turned into wet macular degeneration.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My concerns and questions were compassionately addressed, my condition was explained in details that I could understand and I was in and out in a very timely manner! Thank you!

Great Doctor, Good staff, with the exception of 2 very rude employees, you don’t yell at a customer “GO” when they misunderstand you, and you definitely do not greet a paying customer who was just picking up her glasses by saying “what do you want”.

They are rude and dont take patients at the schudle time. They keep people waiting 1 or more hours longer then when they say to come in for a follow up while they see 15 or more people that came in after you.They dont admit or apologize for anything they dont care.If you are not doing a job like this with passion for people quit!They need to clean house of some of the staff!Over priced exam.Pure utter rip off!
