I have been seeing Dr Jackson for many years. She has been a great help to me. I am that very rare person who experiences all the rare side effects of medications. She has been great with listening and understanding.

The first time I went to see Mrs. Jackson I was having terrible acid reflux problems. I had been to Bowling Green to see specialist who ran every test you could think of trying to figure out what was going on. After several months and hundreds of dollars they put me on a medication my insurance would barely pay for. I called her and scheduled an appointment. She took the time to listen to me and let my symptoms lead her thoughts instead of just coming into the room with a handful of drugs she planned to give me. She had me take a test in her office that took about 15 minutes and cost about 20 bucks and found out what was going on. She prescribed the correct medication to treat the problem and that was about 16.00 for both medications.I appreciated her help and still do now. I refer folks to her all the time. If Im not well...im going to see her!!

Great place to go, they care about you and want to make sure your health is number one. If they are not able to do what needs to be done at the office they have specialist in Glasgow and Bowling Green that will get you in at a timely fashion. Britney and the girls are the best of the best and you couldn’t find a greater place. When my dad passed away they came and seen me at the funeral home and I don’t inow anyone that would have done that. Theses girls are like a part of my family and I don’t know what I would have done without them the past 2.5 years.

From 17 - 88 years old everyone is taken care of fully!The best part is that you are not shuffled through a short exam or just sold a prescription like most modern healthcare seems to be. And if you need additional specialty providers, they can refer you to the exact right person for any situation. Try them and you’ll see why they are our primary care provider. After driving from Bowling Green through heavy rain, trying to find the exact location because the signage is terrible, I was flatly told I had to reschedule because I was more than ten minutes late (17 when I walked in to be exact). I shouldn’t have been late but it would have been nice to at least been met by a friendly receptionist with a bit of compassion. She may be an okay NP but the first impression blew it for me.

Britney and her staff are by far some of the best providers around. Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient, but I love the sense of Family I get when I’m at the office! They always manage to get me in on a moments notice, not just for me but my entire family.

Ive been going to Britney for almost 2 years. Her and her staff are great and very easy to talk to. I love that theres barely ever a wait time as our time is important just as theirs is, you dont find that too often at Drs. Ive recommended Britney to friends and would recommend Jackson health and wellness clinic to anyone looking for a primary care Dr!
