I got some back pain and out of no where I couldn’t walk was in bed for 3 months without being able to walk I had gone to doctors and diagnosed me with Extreme Sciatica and Degenerative Disk Disease went to physical therapy = nothing went to other doctors= nothing then a friend of mine (who was out of state but had just returned) told me about Dr. Nick he had gotten sciatica and had gone their and recommended I go On my first appointment I literally walked bending over I could not straighten up and my husband had to carry me in on first appointment saw Dr. Nick with just first adjustment I was scared he told me me to walk and WOW I was walking with my back straightened up !!! He was so amazing he listened to everything I said and knew what he was doing after a few adjustments I was walking again if It had not been for him I would still be unable to walk he is amazing recommend him to anyone if you got any type of back pain or just feel to much stress in back Go to Dr. Nick i would not go anywhere else !!

I was in so much pain and could barely get put of bed each morning without taking a handful of tylenol. I was morbidly obese and felt like I had no idea how to change lifestyle. Ive known Carmen and Nick for a long time and decided it was time to go in and get an adjustment. I was skeptical at first when Dr. Carmwn mentioned dry needling, but she put me at ease and assured me it was not painful. I was quite desperate and willing to try anything at that point. I left there after a few appointments feeling like a new woman. I drive 3 hours to see her and it is quite worth it.She and Dr. Nick even helped me in January to set up a plan to get myself healthier and since then and with their encouragement I have lost 40 pounds. They are so much more than chiropractors. They are professional in every way and have a compassion and patience for their patients that you just dont see very often anymore. I was referred to Dr. Carmen after suffering a rotator cuff and labrum tear in my right shoulder. At my first appointment I had very little mobility and severe pain. After just one dry needling session my pain was significantly less. I had improvement in my pain level and mobility after every session. Fast forward six months and I have almost 100% mobility and my pain is almost nonexistent. With Dr. Carmen‘s help my shoulder is strong enough to resume regular workouts and I have completely avoided surgery. Doctors Carmen and Nick are very caring and compassionate. They truly care about their patients well-being. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Lovvvvveeee this place! I have severe scoliosis and with me also being overweight, my hips build up pressure and basically suffers. My mom had a serious condition also and she was and (still is) being treated. She told me about this place. I was very nervous the first time that I came in to get adjusted and all the staff assured me and comforted me. I feel so much better and have a more active lifestyle now since I started. I have been going to AlignLife since we moved to KY a year ago. I cannot begin to tell everyone how good they are. The equipment they have to assist in treating their clients is amazing. My 92 yr old mom has had back pain since her 30s. She agreed to try Chiropractic out of desperation. Dr. Medina is extremely gentile treating mom and has reduced moms back pain so much that she is walking straighter after each visit and uses her cane less. Her balance has improved tremendously and is able to be more active. In my personal opinion if you need a Chiropractor, this is the place to go.
