I went for a tetanus shot. They asked if I was COVID positive or had symptoms, and when I asked how that was specifically relevant they were fairly demanding about wanting to know without giving me any reason, other than that it was their policy. It was invasive, pushy, and disrespectful.

I have started going to thisWalgreens about 5 months ago. Ill go about 3 to 4 times a week. The employees are the RUDEST I have ever had to deal with. OMG their customer service is horrible.EXCEPT FOR BEN. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. Other employees tend to have that fakefriendly attitude. Oh an that greeting everytime you walk into store makes me feel Unwelcome. Sounds like they truly could care less that you came into their place of employment. What is going on that so many of the employees of one store are so rude. This store needs to hire people who actually enjoy working with customers. They need to remember that without customers they wont get a paycheck.I gave 5 stars ONLY FOR THE EMPLOYEE BEN.

The pharmacists here are unable to communicate effectively with customers or their healthcare providers. Tried this location out as my new go-to but will never be returning. I should not have to call the pharmacy, my insurance, and my provider 3 times over to fill a single prescription that Ive had for 4 years. AVOID AT ALL COST

My husband and I are elderly with serious medical conditions so we dont leave our home. When Ive needed something I couldnt get from other stores (they said we had to come in to purchase) I would call Oregon City Walgreens who would get the items I needed and then my caregiver would just use drive up window to purchase. This store has the best customer service bar none! Excellent 👍😀

Talk about hating your job. I went in there to buy a few things and there was a sale going on it didn’t specifically say the deal was only good for the same brands so when I saw the balance I asked why she explained that it’s only for the same brand which is completely understandable. She was just rude in the way she explained things and tried to tell me a second time after I clearly heard her. I told her I understood which is why I’m going to have her void the transaction so I can grab the same brand. She was annoyed about that. Like come on lady, THIS IS YOUR JOB. Please do better at training your employees on customer service.

Pharmacy closes for lunch. Then the line is 5 - 10 people deep and 30 - 60 minute wait. There were 7 people behind the counter. Not capable of scheduling alternating lunch breaks? This isn’t a mom and pop shop - it’s a national chain that proclaims customer service is important.

The parking lot is full of trash... It looks awful and is bad for our local environment. This location is right next to our river

Currently going through major oral surgery in a multi step process. This means, I need to pick up pain medications and antibiotics frequently. I have NEVER been treated like such a drug seeker in my life. Being talked down to by the pharmacist like I am his granddaughter, treated as if I am trash. I was only able to pick up part of my prescription and wasn’t able to get an honest answer as to why. After i receive the rest of my prescription, that was denied to me, I will no longer do business at Walgreens.How dare you question my physician, dentist or anyone legally allowed to write me a prescription.

I tried to return a couple of products and the female checker was very rude and sighed loudly a couple times then had to call the manager and that manager had to call the other manager before they could figure it out. But the worst part was that the checker was just super rude to me at the register and made it seem like an inconvenience that I was actually trying to return items with my receipt. The second manager didn’t even offer an apology for the checker’s rudeness. I will not be shopping at this Walgreens. Come on people just basic common courtesy is needed. Plus I had to remind her to put her mask on. 🙄

I need a temporary filling for 10 pills that I normally get from Humana with my Humana card free. They charged me 1595 I thought they missed that I did not have Humana cardApparently not they told me because I had a Humana mail order that they learn my lesson I wont be going back there

If I could leave no stars I would. This review is based on the pharmacy yet has ruined the entire store. I had to go back 5 times for a simple prescription because the pharmacist choose not to do their jobs with efficacy the first time so you will spend your own time doing there work, calling your insurance, fixing your birthday etc.They are also incredibly rude when you let them know its becoming very stressful trying to obtain your prescription and have no remorse.

I went to pick up a prescription (my Dr had to call in twice)an hour before closing. There was one employee trying to help the people in line, the drive through and answer the phone. She was pleasent and calm...so thats why two stars instead of one. They obviously are understaffed. This is the short version of a long list of issues I have had with this pharmacy. I plan on changing pharmacies after this.

Never had a bad experience here, the staff is great diverse friendly helpful, the only time i ever had an issue it was about corporate policy and the manager of the store addressed the issue in a manner that was surprisingly customer service driven, these days this kind of simple kindness is often not the status quo, but this store has great management and great employees and they have def made a happy and loyal customer out of me.

I tried to return an item and after waiting 15 minutes I was told by Erin the manager I could not return it as I forgot my debit card so NO as company policy.I managed a retail co. On Oregon City and could override the policy for the sake of customer service or and/or long time customer! This is also the same attitude that ever other retail store l and my friends (took a survey) have experienced. What customer service so for $5.49 I will go to rite aid and continue to complain to all my friends who do lots of shopping!I told her I could bring back a broken item, or buy something on a sale for more money but you wont give cash when I had bought 10 other items on the receipt for customer service! Walgreens promotes people like this when retail is trying to bring in customers?

Usually, Im very happy with the pharmacy. However, this time we rushed over to get my antibiotics prescription and arrived at the drive up window at 7:01. Said they were closed and wouldnt give me my prescription even though it was already filled and on the shelf. Yay. Thanks.

Pharmacy staff is generally good. Ive had some outstanding help from the pharmacist but some mediocre to less than poor from the assistants. They just seem annoyed to be there. However, the hours are the worst... Not open even close to late. If Id had another option from my insurance Id probably use it. I debate two stars but the times they have pulled me out of a jam require the extra star.

Theyre usually understaffed. Ive been in multiple times due to its proximity and have experienced long wait times. Both in the store and through the pharmacy drive-thru. Their location is convenient. Their staff is generally nice and courteous. But dont expect you make a quick trip in and out.

If you’re looking to buy something I would suggest another store… Been to this location every day for two weeks after basic essentials (tp, cereal, milk, coffee, creamer, etc. etc) shelves Are rarely stocked… When they do stock them only one or two items of each is all they put out Because that’s all they ordered… If you can get an employee to look up from their phone (if you find one) rather than look in the back the say maybe next Thursday.... The items they do have are priced twice as much as anywhere else and or priced for a sale that isn’t happening... The Internet says they have a good rating... yet almost every good comment is a store employee who most likely is getting paid to say good things about a poor store

My rating is ONLY regarding the pharmacy. The pharmacy hours are inconvenient. It would be a reasonable expectation that weekend hours would be as long as or longer than weekday hours. The supplier for my acid-reflux medication was changed (I can only assume it was cost related), which resulted in side-effects. I switched to Rite-Aid (which is half a mile up the road) who uses the original manufacturer, no more side effects.The store staff is great, courteous, and friendly. If it wasnt for the pharmacy, Id rate this location 4 or 5 stars.

They are so rude with couponers and register rewards never printed

I have been here 4 times in 7 days, had a different checker everytime, everyone of these checkers had a scowl on their faces and looked like they were unhappy to be breathing. Very rude and not knowledgable at all about products in their store. I also watched them treat people who used food benefits like they were the plague.

Always had a quick but enjoyable shopping experience. Some of the employees arent as friendly. Overall good store.

I will never come back to this walgreens again. I went to buy a few items that were clearly marked doqn but when they rang uo they were full price. The kid back to check. He came back and said thwy were not marked down. So i go back and they werw marked down. The kid treated me like i was trying to scam them. He tells me what he says go. He was completely rude to me. Never again will i go there.

Would give no stars. They’ve lost my picture orders several times and have now messed up my passport photo so it is unusable. Always busy, no one will really help you, and not even competent in the services they provide.
