The office is wonderful and very professional. My son Peyton enjoyed going there and seeing everyone for his braces. He now has straight beautiful teeth with only a year of having braces! Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience and I do pass the word when someone asks for an orthodontist.

My children have caresource for insurance and i was given a list of dentists who except it. Dr. Ragozine is on this list. I called and the women who answered the phone was very rude and told me in a demeaning tone that he does not except caresource nor does he see children for anything other then braces and hung up on me. If thats how they treat people ober the phone then I would hate to see hownthey treat people on person. All because my children recieve medicaid now does not mean we will be in this situation forever and trust me they will never get my business.

As another reviewer posted - Medicaid bias. Profits over patients and no assistance was offered to help find a dentist.

Whether it is a routine check up or a root canal, Dr. Ragozine has done an excellent job. Best dentist in the Youngstown area hands down!
