I moved from out of state and this is the only pharmacy in the area that can make my prescription because most pharmacies in Arizona won’t use cocoa butter because of the heat (understandably). However, I’ve never worked with a pharmacy that takes so long to fill prescriptions. I have had to call on the 3 day mark each month to check on the update and they either are magically working on it “as we speak” or I’m being told it could be another 3 days! Honestly I would use another pharmacy if I could. The staff also have never been very friendly when we’ve talked.

Ive only been using Strive for less than a year, but every correspondence I have had with them so far has been positive. I recently had an issue with a prescription where it was ultimately a mistake made by my doctor, but Strive was so great about making things right when it wasnt even their fault and I truly appreciate them working with me.

Love this pharmacy! The staff knows their stuff and is always super helpful. If they cant fill your order they keep you informed of the timing for when they can. Never disappointed!

This place has great and fast service. I can either pick up our dogs prescription or have it shipped for FREE! Supper knowledgeable staff and always available to talk on the phone when I have questions. I’ve been using them for about a year & haven’t had any negative experience with them yet. I use them for my pet’s medication. It’s awesome that they are in Gilbert. I work in the vet field, so I’ve tried tons of compounding pharmacies. It’s nice that they are close by because I’ve had to drive miles before. They’re pretty quick at getting medications ready & text you when you can pick it up.

I just picked up my first compounded medication from Strive Pharmacy this afternoon. First of all they were the only compounding pharmacy who even provided the Rx that I needed! And it was prepared and ready much faster that I had expected. The consultation I had with Patrick (one of the pharmacists) was pleasant and informative. I will be using Strive again!

Have had good service with them in the past, but now they are slipping--not following through on promises. This order was placed Friday. I am sitting in my car outside the pharmacy on Tuesday waiting 30 minutes for an important med that was supposed to be ready (they said) over the weekend, then they said yesterday, then they said first thing this morning. Now it is 2pm, and if I hadnt of shown up, would it even be done today? But the counter help justified their not being done within the time frame. Okay, so I guess what their people say doesnt mean anything? I just dont know that there is much competition to try.

This was the first time getting a prescription from this pharmacy. It was quick and easy. I received a text when it was ready. Very safe environment. The price was extremely reasonable. Should I need another RX, I wouldnt hesitate to get it from them.

I was really impressed with the service. They were very polite and helpful over the phone. They made sure my prescription was mailed to me quickly. Even when I had an issue figuring out the quantity I was going to pursue, they made sure it was done and saved me a 3rd phone call. I’m glad my doctor switched. I started going here to get a medicine for my kitties seizure medicine. I got her first 2 months supply but it ran out 3 weeks early and with the pandemic & funds being super tight now, I was freaking out about it. But when I brought the bottle in showing them how when I would get the liquid medicine out, it would leak and I was so impressed they offered to REPLACE IT AT NO COST! 😁 When so many companies including apartment complexes are not going the extra mile during such a difficult time, I was so excited that Strive did, thank you so much guys and for getting it ready so fast too! Just about the worst experience ever with a compounding pharmacy.To add context, I am a prescriber myself. I know the intricacies of medication ordering and as a customer, I also have reasonable expectations on customer service and timely delivery.This pharmacy staff have the worst communication habits I had ever experienced with a pharmacy. Not only do they NOT follow up with me when there is some delay (TWICE), they also messed up the order yet again, resulting in my not having medications for over 2 weeks as of today. To top it off, there was a shortage in one of the medications!Mike the tech was more helpful than most who answer the phone there and has apologized on their behalf but Im not convinced this will fix the issue since he is not the supervisor or even responsible for the errors I have experienced thus far.Perhaps this is just a series of unfortunate events, however, it has been consistent, and I definitely will not be sending prescriptions to this pharmacy for my patients.

Been filling prescriptions with Strive for a few years, and theyre phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to communicate with! They ship to you so you dont have to drive all around town, which is another great convenience.

I ordered it about 8 days before I ran out. For some reason I thought it would be delivered to my door, but it went into my mailbox which is 1/4 mile from where I live and I dont go there but twice a week, particularly since the temperature here is 105-115 degrees F. My concern is that with this hormonal medication the temperature might diminish or eliminate the therapeutic potential of the medication. I did hear that it is sometimes sent with something that insulates it from the heat, but this package did not have any insulation other than the box. This may be a concern that is exclusive to myself, but I dont think so, I just think my issue might be a little more intense for me, since I live in an area with extreme heat and my mailbox is not close or in front of my home.

After being a patient for 5+ years the price of my medication was doubled without any notification. When asked why the change, the response was “that is what we charge now”. Very disappointing.My advice is Beware and be Inform. ( FYI. I can get the same medication elsewhere for 1/2 de price).

This review should ring a bell with all men currently doing Testosterone Replacement Therapy at home. The normal pharmacy experience to get the right supply of T between office visits has always been a struggle for me. Getting the correct supply of syringes and sharps is even worse. I tried several different pharmacies and GoodRx coupons and every single pickup was a hassle. My doctor discovered Strive and has been recommending this pharmacy to all inject at home patients and I couldnt be happier. They send exactly what the doctor ordered along with the correct draw and inject sharps. I called Strive to refill and I had the package in my mail box the next day. Super easy and correct. I will never do this any other way.

My naturopathic doctor doctor told me about Strive Pharmacy, as she prescribed me a compounding medication. I appreciated that I got my prescription fairly quickly. Prior to using them, I had been using another compounding pharmacy for another one of my compounding medication but recently I ended up switching that medication to Strive as well.
