Dr Dahl really listened to my child. He asked great questions and gave clear advice and direction. Grateful for his knowledge and wisdom.

Ive never been through so many different doctors in such a short time being at a mental health facility, it worried me as to why they cant keep their staff, nor have I had so many issues getting my medications filled, I wasnt able to make my last appointment due to my work changing my schedule, I left them a message to reschedule because they dont tend to answer their phones, and they werent able to get me in for 2 months, during that time, they added me to their cancelation list twice and then refused to fill my medication, forcing me to go cold turkey on my anti anxiety medications, they then charged me a no show fee twice because they dont check their messages. Im getting better care at my Indian health clinic than I EVER did at serenity and they actually make me feel that they care about my mental health.

So disappointed that none of the staff were wearing masks not even the doctor. A doctors office that we need to go to with an unvaccinated child should protect their children patients by wearing masks and following CDC guidelines.

This facility honestly deserves zero stars. Ive had so many issues with their billing department screwing up. They never answer there phones in general. Goodluck when you need to get a prescription refill done in a timely manner... This is a horrible and unreliable facility with a extremely sketchy billing department. Honestly they are worth reporting because of the extent of there billing issues.

This place caused more mental health issues than they solved. Beware, they are full of hundreds of dollars of hidden fees. Worst place ever!

Worst facility ever. The doctors could really care less. Cant speak for all of them but mine was inattentive, condescending and useless to my process overall. I feel like I have to start over with someone else that, at the very least, will genuinely listen to me and actually want to help me through my issues.

I am not the type to write a negative review but feel I have no other recourse. Dr. Tripp has been wonderful over the years that we have been seeing him, so we have no complaint with him. My complaint is with Serenitys staff or business manager. Our health insurance recently changed. Before it changed, we did our research to make sure Dr. Tripp was in network and he was listed as such, along with the other doctors in the office. After the insurance change, I double checked the insurance website, where again Dr. Tripp was listed as in network. I called to make an appointment and was told they dont accept our insurance. I explained that they showed up as in network on my insurance carriers website and they had no explanation. I called the insurance carrier to let them know, and they said that the doctors office has to request to be on the list or off the list. They even called Serenity to let them know they are listed as in network. Serenity staff said they would research it and get back to me. I never heard anything from them. I have checked on my insurance carriers website once a week since then, and the Serenity doctors continue to be listed as in network. But when I call to follow up, they continue to say they dont accept our insurance.Yes, I could opt to do private pay. However, there are other psychiatrists who are actually in network, so Ill be changing providers. My complaint here is a warning to those who think Serenity doctors are in network on their insurance plan. Make sure you double check so you arent caught unaware.

Check in process is so easy. The girl at the front desk is always welcoming! Very nice and professional. I am currently seeing doctor Dahl after already seeing 2 previous doctors with Serenity and he was great. He asked more questions and his character seems that he really means means well and wants his patients to get better. Hes a little more detailed in trying to understand his patients than the other doctors that I have worked with. I have sat in front of doctors in silence before which caused my anxiety to sky rocket. That was not the case with doctor Dahl. He made me feel welcoming and talked the entire time. I will continue to trust the process and work on taking back my life. Thank you doctor Dahl. I cant wait for my next visit with you. Your kindness, professionalism, and willing to help others goes a long way.

Dr Tripp is an awesome Dr. My family and kids have been going to him for years. Hes always been good and helping us get the help our kids need, especially with medications going to different pharmacies due to out of pocket costs. Hes sincere and always accommodating and thoughtful when considering whats best for their mental health needs. Id definitely recommend him for all psychiatric needs!

I’m so glad I found this place. I moved here from Alabama was very nervous about finding a new psychiatrist. Serenity was recommended to me by a friend. I have seen Dr. Tripp and Dr. La Haie, and they are both great. I have heard great things about Dr. Patel as well. All the staff are very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. A big thank you to all the staff at Serenity!

Love this facility! Messages get relayed to your Dr right away. Appts are very easily available and ready to schedule. Receptionist is very nice at the Gilbert location. They offer flexible payment plans as well.Have many positive things to say about DR. Thomas Gazda. He has really helped me stay task oriented and tackle some struggles. I would HIGHLY encourage others to attend this facility and recommend seeing Gazda! I am sure the other Psychiatrists are amazing too. Nurses also rock!Thanks Serenity!

This place is a breath of fresh air. The staff is incredible, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming. I see Dr. Patel and she is by far the best Psy Ive ever seen. I feel comfortable with her. She listens, makes suggestions and is supportive! So glad I found this place!

Ive been trying to reach you guys for two weeks and nothing. I filled out a new customer info questionnaire and it said I would get a call back in 48 hours and they called back when I was busy, so I immediately called back, I was told that they would call me back and I was in line to get a call back and it never happened. Very unprofessional if I am seeking help, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Serenity for the past 4 months based off of a review a friend of mine had on Facebook holding them at pretty high regard! Sadly my last two visits havent been any good. After my second visit I made it clear to both Dr Dahl and my patient care advocate that I wasnt interested in Ketamine therapy or the electro therapy due to cost. I expressed how much of my stress is coming from finances numerous times but the doctor continues to stress how to get it past my insurance after so many more visits or medications tried. Every visit I would speak to a different advocate who would ask my the same questions on how I am feeling then immediately dive into up-selling me on the other plans. Before being taken into a separate room to be asked by the doctor the same questions and be told about the same optional treatment plans.Todays visit, for the second time, I had to wait an hour before speaking to Dr Dahl. The Patient Advocate sent me to a room after asking the questionnaire and telling me for the 6th time about a product I dont want. No one came to check on me or fill me in on how long the doctor was taking. I poked my head out at about the 55 min mark to see 5 of them chatting around the receptionists desk. Do what you do at work, but all I ask is make sure people are filled in as to whats going on...I just want to see someone that can help me feel better. After these 4 months, I feel like Ive actually taken steps backwards with Serenity and sent myself deeper into debt doing so.

No answer at first which was slightly disappointing.Finally got in touch with someone I believe named Paige. Everyone seemed friendly and no cancellation fees to reschedule from the day of which I appreciate. Serenity even called me to follow up. Thats great customer service.

This place is amazing! They are 100% focused on their patients and ensuring they can grow as people. When it came to payment, they have awesome payment plans with no interest saying they didnt want finances to add stress to our lives. The ketamine treatments as well as TMS are fantastic and I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Patel last week and I cant say enough WONDERFUL things about this place!! My anxiety dropped the minute I walked in......beautiful office and incredibly friendly staff!! Very calming atmosphere! The whole new patient process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free!! My doctor was so welcoming and friendly. I feel so lucky to have found this place....and its about 2 minutes from my apartment 😊

I recently moved back to Arizona from Utah, and Ive had such a pleasant experience with Serenity. Dr. Tripp is by far the best psychiatrist Ive seen. I have anxiety and depression, and Dr. Tripp has such a calming presence. He is really easy to talk to. And the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming!

Serenity was a very welcoming office. Easy to find and very open. After being greeted by the warm and helpful staff I was put at-ease. Everyone was kind and courteous, you can tell they care about your well-being.The work hours are flexible and open past 5 which was a big deal for me. And the staff was considerate to my schedule and when I am most available to come in. Dr. La Haie was very sweet and caring. She makes a great impact for me dealing with depression and anxiety. When I see her I feel like she actually hears me and my problems. I always leave happier then when I arrive. I’ve recommended Serenity to other friends and family members who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I’m very grateful to have found such a wonderful place!!

I went to serenity for TMS treatment last summer and continue to go for follow up treatments. Very easy scheduling, friendly office staff, and they accept my insurance. I can proudly say I’m depression free as of now. Highly recommend especially if you have kids because Dr. Tripp specializes in adolescent psychiatry.

Dr Patel, is absolutely amazing she changed my life in such a great way. I couldn’t thank her enough for how awesome she is.

Not a company I would ever recommend to someone. Irresponsible and manipulative management. CEOs are money hungry, dishonest and treat their employees terribly. The innocent lives of many humans as employees and patients have been hurt due to actions of those in charge. I hope things change for this company moving forward and patients can get better care elsewhere. 13 hour days of heavy trauma for very little pay. Qualifications for employees should have been much higher for dealing with the things we would encounter on a daily basis. Employees should not have to feel like theyre walking on egg shells or be afraid to speak their mind. Working for this company felt like abuse within itself. I have never felt better about leaving a company or environment than when I left Serenity.

I can’t sing enough praises about this office and I’ve been to many psy offices around the valley! Dr Patel is my provider and she is phenomenal! She is a great listener and truly just wants to help you feel better again! All the doctors there are wonderful I’ve heard as well and can see that! The staff answering the phones are so detailed and patient that always have the assurance my messages will be submitted to the dr correctly once i hang up. I also hear back very quick! If you want a greet experience and the geniune care we all need for mental health, go here!! From doctors, to nurses and phone receptionists, everybody just wants you to feel better and is routing you on, the entire staff is just amazing!

Update: Serenity did reach out to me and informed me about the 3rd party billing and they showed there was actually no bill. Hopefully, this is finally dealt with. They definitely do need to get a new billing company, though. Office and Drs themselves are great.Billing is a nightmare....they tell you one thing and change it. Dealing with bills that were from a year ago....was told everything was taken care of in March. NOW in JULY! I am still trying to get through via phone.....this is a JOKE! Dont waste your time. Youll be on the phones forever trying to fix their mistakes.

Just started going here based off a recommendation, and already Im impressed. The staff I talked to over the phone seem genuinely wanting to help anyway they could. I was able to not only get in, do new patient paperwork, but left with a prescription and plan, all in one day!

Prompt appointments and they have happily competed too many requests for paperwork for our insurance and STD. They all have the heart and the brains too... Difficult to get ahold of and unhelpful.

The people at Serenity really want to help. They are good at answering the phone or calling back which is nice. I like how the doctor takes his time and doesnt rush.

It was such an excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted promptly and had little wait time. The nurse was extremely kind and took my blood pressure. I then went through a series of questioning with another worker who was extremely considerate and I felt had a very genuine concern for me, and getting me the assistance I required. After I was led into Dr. La Haies office. I also felt that she had a genuine connection with me and actually took the time to go through each different route we could use, what the pros and cons were and came up with a game plan for me. Dr. La Haie and her staff helped take such a burden off of my chest and am looking forward to coming back and progressing through this challenging time in my life. I highly recommend for anyone searching for peace of mind and help.

Im really disappointed when I call its always we cant take your call right now, then you have to wait for a ca back. I called a week ago and havent heard back yet. The billing is wrong also.

Such a wonderful experience for my son with ADHD and myself with depression. Ive struggled with depression for about 6 years, took medication and lots of counseling. I moved to AZ about 3 months ago and needed a new doctor. I was able to get appointments for both my son and I. Dr. Tripp was awesome with my 7 yr old, sent his meds electronically to Walgreens and no more having to get a paper script every month.Im seeing Dr. LaHaie and she seems to have a warm and caring heart for her patients. I didnt feel rushed and I was comfortable opening up to her.Overall Dr LaHaie recommended me for TMS for my depression and its kind of like having an MRI on my brain. Ive completed 22 of my 36 treatments and I feel like myself again. I stopped with a couple of my medications and Im doing great without them.Serenity has really helped me and Im so thankful I found them. Theyre staff is so nice and theyre open until 7pm so its very convenient with my job.THANK YOU SERENITY AND DR LAHAIE!!
