This company is extremely awful with communication. They werent very polite on any phone call after my initial consultation. I wanted one thing and they wanted to sell me two other things. I knew what area I wanted done and they wanted to sell me on a different area of my body that I am quite fine with. I later asked for paperwork, that they didnt give me the day of my consultation, to be sent to me via email and the images were illegible. I contacted them multiple times to try and get it and they never got back to me.Found a much better deal with a way friendlier and experienced company that could get me treated immediately.

Ive been going to Dr. McCoy for about two years now. He is the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be! Caring, thoughtfulness and attentiveness are only a few of his traits. His vast knowledge, expertise and skilled techniques result in painless procedures, no bruising and the best natural-looking outcome.Dr. McCoy, Amy and the entire staff are some of the most professional and caring people I have encountered.I dont trust many doctors as I do Dr. McCoy! I feel most fortunate to have him as my doctor.

I have gone to Contour for a few services and I have been impressed with the quality of service during each visit. Dr. McCoy is attentive and really seems to understand a clients concerns and expectations and adjusts treatment accordingly. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Amy for some of my treatments and have been impressed with her knowledge, know how, and how personable she is. I would definitely recommend Contour!

I had a procedure done at this place. I was told I was a good candidate for the procedure. I paid my $3000.00. I got zero results. I was told they would try a different procedure that they didn’t actually have the equipment to do but we’re going to rig one they had and try and duplicate the process. I decided to give them the chance since I wanted results and not a refund. Well, it didn’t work either. I informed them I want a refund and don’t want to try more things that they don’t have the right equipment for. I have asked them to email their responses because I don’t want to be pressured into trying one more thing. They have attempted to call me once and I asked them to please email me instead. It’s been several months with no word or email. I’m beyond frustrated. I feel ripped off. I’ve given them plenty of time to resolve this before I file a formal complaint. I am now doing that as well as warning others. Beware. They DO NOT handle failure well. You will be ignored while they spend your hard earned money. This place is not cheap. Their procedures are pricey and there are no promises kept there. I gave them one star only to be able to post. They get zero stars from me!

I got Agnes rf done on upper lids (my right side was worse than my left so posting my right eye)I would get asked a lot “are you ok?” Implying I look sad or upset with how my eyelids aged. The results take months to see. Had to have a second treatment done on the right lid since it was worse to start off with. Yes it tightened things up but the excess skin you see there on the corner still bother me when I do my make up. I might look for a different procedure next time.So in summary, I got decent results but nothing compared to the true skin trimming surgical procedure.Staff and dr are very nice!*******! Update ! I have access to read clinical trials and comparing those to my results, which seem are up to par with what this technology has in store. So all in all I now know that one treatment most likely is not enough. Just a heads up for those who have to budget their money on stuff like this.

Great experience! Was very happy with my treatment results and Dr McCoy and the rest of the staff took great care of me while I was there. Definitely recommend.

Dr. McCoy has been treating me for several yearsI trust NO ONE else. He truly cares about his patients and he takes the time to really connect and listen to what your concerns are. Gilbert is lucky to have this caliber of a Dr. in our Town. I trust him with my life and I love how I feel and look after a visit for touch ups or major treatment.

I went in for an Express Facial appointment, first time here, and was politely greeted by the front desk rep Kyla. I was given a 1 page form to fill out and very shortly after turning it back in Amy my Esthetician called me back. She was amazing, as she worked on my face she was explaining my skin problems and advising me of all the services they offer. By the end of my facial my skin felt amazing! Next day I had a few people at work notice my skin looked better. Ill definitely be going back!

I have been going to contour medical for over 10 years. Dr. Mccoy and his staff have always been very kind and professional. I am happy with the results of their work. Dr. Mccoy has always been honest and trustworthy with me. There have been many times that I was open to costly procedures, but Dr. Mccoy always took the time to get to the bottom of my problem ( diet, exercise, hormone) before recommending anything. He was the Dr. that discovered my low thyroid and testosterone. He arranged a simple, low cost fix. When he could have just performed a costly procedure!!! I have had some doctors take the money and run!!!! Not Dr. Mccoy. He takes the time to listen and he really cares. I would recommend Dr. Mccoy and Contour medical for any of your cosmetic needs!!!!!

Dr. McCoy is awesome and his team is also very friendly and polite! He cares about his patients and the work he does. He gives explanation for the procedure and answers any questions. I was nervous about my procedure and he did a great job of calming my nerves. The office is clean and their scheduling is flexible as well. I will definitely recommend to friends and will come back for any other treatments.

Ive been treated for cystic acne for years and Dr. McCoy and his team know all the latest and greatest innovations for keeping my skin clear and healthy. I love the membership program where I can schedule a treatment each month -- it keeps me on track! Great place, highly recommended. I would not trust my skin to anyone else.

I went to contour medical I was very depressed they gave me hope I had the cold body sculpting doneI seen no changes only that I am even more depressed and spent all the money I had to have this done.The girls that worked there were super nice I could not of asked for better. I do not recommend cold body sculpting it’s a waste of time and money. I am extremely disappointed.Shelly

Dr. McCoy and staff are so professional and accomadating. The space is immaculately clean, the staff are eager to facilitate your ever need to ensure your comfort and needs . I cannot recommend this facility enough. There is absolutely no need to run to Phoenix or Scottsdale when there us expert services right here in the southeast valley.

Really great people to deal with and while Im not a patient we do a lot of business with them so I wanted to leave them a kind word.

I have used Dr. McCoy for several years. Me and my husband did an HCG diet at Countour, and we had great results. I was nervous at first, but we had weekly appointments with Dr. McCoy, to track out progress, and test our overall health. Its been over a year and we have kept the weight off. This last summer, I did a chemical peel for my face and had unbelievable results. Dr. McCoy is honest, genuine and caring, and talks to you like a friend.

I am not happy with the services I received from Dr. McCoy. Expensive and ineffective. I would not go see a Naturopathic Physician who lost his license for a year. Think twice before you go there. I wish I did. Not happy at all with the services provided to me.

They must be injecting water because my fillers didn’t last a month.
