Gateway Urgent Care made it very easy to get my COVID vaccine. The staff is very nice and answer all of your questions. I would definitely go back to Gateway Urgent Care.

Im very glad I selected this urgent care from all the choices in my area. It was easy to access and incredibly clean. The check-in process was very simple and the self-pay pricing is very affordable and available on their website. The entire staff were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I saw Michelle, the NP and she was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this urgent care and will visit again if Im unfortunately ever in need again.

My daughter fell and hurt her hip ice skating, we figured better safe than sorry and brought her to this urgent care at 6:30pm on a Thursday. They told us it could be a long wait, but ended up getting her in quickly. PA Curtis was fabulous! He was great with kids, very thorough and got us out the door at 7:15. The smoothest urgent care experience I’ve had.

The office is very beautiful has a soft abience. The office staff are nice and professional. The providers are fun and I love that they have cute signs so you dont get turned around.

We have utilized this urgent care facility several times. Although small, they are able to handle a variety of illnesses and emergencies as well as administering COVID tests and vaccinations. The facility is neat and clean and the staff has great customer service skills. Convenience and efficiency in getting patients in and seen seems to be their focus. Like it should be...

Best Doctor. Best Staff. Every time we go they are efficient and right to the point. They are always friendly and take excellent care. I would highly recommend this place. I will add that I found this place online last year, and every time we’ve needed an urgent care for one of our children, they’ve been our first choice. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

My wife and I both needed urgent testing for COVID. We called and found no open appointments, but that we could still walk in. So we did, not only did the staff take care of all the patients coming and going, the worked us into the schedule with a minimal wait. When our test results came back negative and they could tell we werent well, they did additional testing to try figure out what had us both down. As a result we left with orders that have put us both on the mend and feeling better. Thank you all.

Took my daughter in for a school sports physical. The urgent care was clean, convenient and friendly. There was even a coupon for $25 physical. Great PA!! She made my daughter comfortable and answers all questions. Thank you for marking this easy.

Love this place! Every time I go they also go above and beyond for me or my kid. Always very pleased with this office and everyone is so nice!

The nurse and provider were really awesome, however the woman at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. She should find a different line of work that doesnt involve talking to the public--especially shouldnt work with medical patients. Id give the nurse and provider a 5 star plus review. That woman at the desk would get no stars.

It was super easy to make an appointment online and complete the online paperwork. The facility is super clean, and the medical staff was AMAZING. I wish I caught the name of the nurse today that took our vitals and put us in the room, but she was incredibly friendly and funny! There was a bit of miscommunication from with the front desk when I called prior to booking my appointment, but the nurse absolutely took care of it. More than we could have hoped for! The provider we saw, Michelle Heathcock, was prompt and friendly. Thank you! We will definitely go back if something comes up.

I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months.Each time the young lady working the front desk is so nice and caring. They are organized, attentive, fast and really do want to make sure people feel better. Went in 5/16, was seen swiftly. The office was nice and clean. The staff listened and were quick. Not to many people. I’d give them 5 stars, but after everything, the medicine I needed was never sent to the pharmacy. Now everything is closed and I’m suffering. Really upsetting.

I brought my daughter in for her second vaccine. She is deathly afraid of needles and usually passes out when they are involved. Maria was fabulous! She talked to her for some time to calm her down. By the time she put the needle in my daughter had no idea it happened! So thankful for Maria’s kindness and patience

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t go see a doctor unless absolutely necessary because in my experience, that has meant waiting 30+ minutes and then feeling rushed by everyone I come in contact with. This place restored my faith in urgent care facilities. It was very neat, and very no-frills (I really dislike when a medical office is covered in advertisements for various drugs/treatments). From the time I turned in my intake form, I waited maybe two minutes before I was called. The staff was very friendly, I never felt rushed or like they didn’t want to be doing their jobs. The doctor took time to listen to how I was feeling and asked me good questions, and then did a great job explaining what was going on and making sure I understood. I 100% recommend this urgent care.Disclaimer:Wait time: I did have an appointment, but I noticed when I made it that there were time slots almost immediately available, so you’re able to put yourself “in line” which is great. I booked about two hours in advance. The online booking service also lets you fill out the majority of the forms upon booking, saving time at the facility.

Came in for X-rays to see if my kids arm was broken, which it was. They got him x rays and then put him in a splint quickly. Made sure he was comfortable with it in the right place and off we went. It was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for taking good care and letting him ask any questions and making sure we knew what to do. They really were great.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The staff were courteous and helpful and the doctor I saw was attentive and spent time listening to me as I explained what was wrong. I will go here the next time I need urgent care.

I went to Gateway because of all the reviews I seen on google and their high rating. Everything went smooth and fast. All my questions and doubts were answered and I left feeling better. Hopefully once I start taking my meds what was prescribed to me does it’s job and I will be back on track soon. Thanks ! I will recommend this urgent care to my friends.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment on-line. The shot process was also quick and easy. We drove up, got our shot, waited 15 minutes and left. The nurse was very nice too.

Upon walking inside, the employees were chatting and told me they’d be right with me. (It was personal chatter).The gal with another customer was talking obnoxiously loud and her conversation was heard in detail through-out the lobby.The loud woman was talking with her customer about her dog. She then said she hated cats and would toss them in a lake.I found these employees to be extremely unprofessional.In a sea of urgent care centers, I do not recommend.

This urgent care was recommended by my PCP as his schedule was very full. I needed to be seen more quickly than my doc had available, so his recommendation was followed. Very happily urprised at how quickly I was in and out of there. Everyone was very friendly and very professional.

Felt like I was treated like a second class citizen... practitioner said to me she was “severely disturbed” I had previously had come in with Covid. However I had told them I had Covid on the online form. Came in with a severe cough didn’t bother taking an X-ray. Overall I feel like they could use some compassion in how they talk to people. Treatment was way different for my husband that came in but we are a different race, so that might be why. Normally I don’t pull that card but it was very noticeable the level of care that he had compared to mine.

My three experiences here have all been great! The staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. My family and I will continue to go to Gateway Urgent Care as needed. Definitely recommend.

We had a perfect urgent care experience during our visit today. The office is clean. The paperwork was quick and efficient. Our provider was thorough. It was a breath of fresh air from some of the other Valley urgent cares I have used.

She was very friendly and courteous. We got our vaccinations fast and she communicated w/ us about the second dose. We’ll definitely go back!

The PA who treated me was very unprofessional and elitist in her opinion of anyone who is not a healthcare provider. This woman mocked my health experiences and history claiming no one has a right to an opinion on health treatment or medical studies unless they are a provider. She even went so far as to make derogatory statements about CNAs and that they are not healthcare providers (my daughter is one). Unknown to this PA, I have a degree and experience in healthcare working inpatient critical care as a provider. I recommend going for care elsewhere if you want care from a person who respects personal informed medical decisions using critical thinking skills or choose this center if you seek treatment from a science-denying, elitist Karen.

First time I came here? To get my forbid 19 shot . The nurse came out to the vechile and gave out our shots.While the nurse gave me my shot. I had a huge black n blue mark for 3 weeks..The nurse told me to come back in 28 days.Didnt need to have an appointment for the 2nd shot. Went on the 13th of may. The clinic couldnt get us in that day. No. Walk ins at this time and no vaccination drug was available .Made an appointment for the next Thursday.That went better...the nurse gave me a shot was done very quickly and professional.So its a maybe

Hope I never have another emergency that would require to use this facility.Having issues breathing, my doctor told me to go to urgent care and get a chest x ray ... I called gateway because they were very close and just to make sure they had a machine and the girl I talked to told me they would not do a chest x ray with a doctors orders.WHAT URGENT CARE DOES THAT?
